My wife keeps bugging me about tailgating because she doesn't want to take the day off of work if the lots don't open till 4pm, so I called the Susq. Center this morning. They told me Lots 1 & 2 (where your tent is) are run by the Camden Police and will not open till 4pm. I'm hoping you guys have a contact there (whoever gave you the go ahead for the fundraiser) that will let the lots open up earlier for this great cause.
Can't wait for the 5 against 1 performance. Thanks for organizing this.

Is that from someone within the box office? I guess if you guys got permission to do the fundraiser, someone will have to actually let you into the gates to set up and park!! I'm just trying gauge what time to show up to party with you guys. Call it nervous anticipation. :-)

If the doors open at 6:30, then I imagine this would be the timeframe; start time; as you get in the parking lot (check here Parking Lot Map to see where we'll be). Band performance around 4:00-5:00. Raffle at 5:00 and auction immediately following (if we have stuff to auction).

If you do happen to check this, or EvilClosetMonkey does, I have a 10x10 canopy and a folding table I can bring if you need me to. I was going to bring the canopy but not the table just cause it's a mild pain to transport if it's not going to be used. But for you guys, i'll bring it if you need me to!

I was going to go buy a tent tonight after my plane landed... but what was supposed to be a 2 hr. flight turned into a delay, then 4 hours of being held hostage by American Airlines on the tarmac and *then* the 2 hour flight, getting me in to NY :mad: at 10:30 PM. I was supposed to get in 6:30. Annnnnyyyyyway.... thank you so much!
