    RE: Megaphone ,I'll check at work when I get home ( Monday 4/7). We use megaphones in the event of an emergency , i.e. to evacuate a building, but may have an extra lying around.

    Hey guys, I havent been here in almost a year but I'm back now and I'll be at the Camden show on the 19th with my GF who is a PJ Concert Virgin. Anything you guys need let me know, I organized the Hershey Meetup in 2003 and I helped with the Ontario Meetup in 2005...

    Good chance I will be around for this one. So hopefully I will be able to find you.

    You might want to add Large Flag and stand to that list. Or a kite. Something so people can find you in the lots.

    we've been waiting on confirmation/approval to be able to fundraise and are now good to go!!!

    Soooooooooo..... it'll be a tailgate fundraiser, like 2006

    we need;

    - donations!
    - a megaphone (so all you who offered, we'll take you up on it!)
    - table(s)
    - tent

    gonna try to bring a folding table n some chairs, but with all the shirts/merch stuffs its be hard to fit it all in a regular sized car


    any way.. more updates this week (pending my computer availibility) so keep this bumped! :)

    don't know yet... trying to find someone in that area who wants to get there early and set up a tent with tables....

    We're going to have a banner for the tent, but you're right - we definitely need some balloons or a flag or something to identify the spot. We're going to try to get the closest lot. I'm working on getting a lot map and the lot hours.

    We're gunning for the main lot closest to the venue. You'll definitely be able to park there (I think the earlier you get there the better spot you'll get). I'm asking for a lot map, since I haven't been able to find on on Google or venue page :confused:

    I have a Flight To Mars poster I would like to donate to the raffle items. I am just not sure if I can get there in time Thursday before the raffle. If I get there late on Thrs, can I give it for Friday's raffle items?

    Spoke w/the GM of the venue and got a map of the parking lots. Sweet.

    Hey Laura! Its Michelle (5against1's photog chick)...

    I'm so glad that its working out that Wishlist will be able to have their set-up & 5vs1 will get to play! This will work out great. I'll do my best to get my 7+ months pregnant butt to the table so that I can help you guys out with anything that you need...LOL!...and I'll check our garage for a cooler or 2 that we can bring for you to use as well:)

    I'll also be sure to take some pix for the Photobucket site. That is one thing that I can pretty much always be counted on for;)
