Mansfield Pre-Party Fundraisers!

Finally got this worked out - it wasn't easy! Sorry to the people who already made other arrangements.


SHUTTLE SERVICE
Debbie with Foxfield Taxi is providing us with a 15 person shuttle and taxi service for the evening. The cost will be $10 per person + $2 fuel charge for a total of $12.00 per person each way. You will need to pay the driver $12 cash when you board. The shuttle will begin bringing people to the Tweeter at 5:00 pm until everyone has made it over. The shuttle will also RETURN to Picadilly for post-game wrap up drinkfest Since the shuttle can not re-enter the venue after the show, we will meet outside the venue. Exit the main drive way, turn right and across from Cumberland Farms there is a Little Italian Kitchen. Meet out front!

Cost: $12.00/pp each way
Going: 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM (approx.)
Return: 11:30 PM - 12:30 AM (approx.)

Return Shuttle: Exit venue out from main driveway, turn right. Across from Cumberland Farms (on right) there will be Little Italian Kitchen. Meet there.

very cool on the shuttle for those who will utilize! i don't feel so bad now with the VIP parking. sure, it does limit my drinking, but really, that's a-ok. at 12 bucks each way...so 24 roundtrip, and only 15 at a time....i think i prefer my own driving in any case. b/c for me and one passenger, splitting the VIP parking $42......whereas shuttle is $48 roundtrip for 2. sure, no driving, gas, etc.....but yea......it all works out in the end!


still most definitely look forward to the pre-party, my last of the tour! the beacon is different. haha.

Yes.. but $48 is still cheaper than a DUI.

thus why i won't drink and drive.
also, i am a bit concerned with 15 at a time, i want to be sure to get a poster...so yea.....it all works out OK for me. i already bought the parking permit before talk of a shuttle, so i was disappointed...but now, it's a-ok...and one more space for someone else to use the shuttle!


i'll probably be at the pre-party early...so can have one drink and then stop.....head to the venue early, maybe tailgate?...then into the venue for my poster...it's all good!

With assistance from riffrandall and ECM, I have been in contact with Todd from The Station Family Fund and he is extremely grateful that we have considered this cause as our beneficiary. For those unfamiliar, please refer to the http://www.stationfamilyfund.org website. This organization is as 'grassroots' as Wishlist, so it is great to be able to help out some other music fans and their families. I can't do the cause justice by describing it...please refer to the website.

We need to have some additional contributions to the raffle, so please consider adding to the pool of items. Any questions, please let me know!

Yeah,
There is no blocking and it has its own lane to get out. If you don't want a sometimes 2-3 (or 4) hour wait to get out it's well worth the price.
