yep. i'm staying at the red roof inn in foxboro, that's less then 4 minutes away from the preparty; 7 minutes away from the center.

best to take the shuttle from the preparty to the show & back.
is it OK to park my car at the pre-party place?

Good luck finding a cab.... I would have one scheduled ahead of time if you can.

Is walking to Picadilly's from Red Roof Inn, then catching the shuttle to and from the venue, then walking back to Red Roof Inn a good idea?

any thoughts from the Mansfield "locals" (more likely someone from the surrounding area) on where i should be looking to book a hotel room for the Mansfield shows? will likely venture into Boston on the 29th between shows so somewhere in between perhaps, i was thinking (yes/no?!). any and all suggestions are appreciated,...

I parked my car at the Mcdonalds down the street about a 15 minute for the Tom Petty show (2) weeks ago.

If you don't mind walking a little bit.
You will save $40 that way.

Is there any way that Backseat Lover could be persuaded not to play? Seriously I'm not the only one who feels this way, the place is too small for a band & most people I know don't want to watch a PJ cover band before a PJ show.

Can anyone tell me how the shuttle bus worked? Is this something I can rely on? I'm thinking of using this for the Monday show. Thanks!

PS: Is anyone else staying at Red Roof Inn and walking to Picadilly's? I'm hoping I can do this and get loaded before/after the show without worrying about driving.

The Shuttle worked great. They made several trips to the venue and back. They cannot go into the venue after the show, so you need to walk to the end of the driveway turn right and walk a block to the Cumberland Farms where they will pick you up after the show.

Keep the phone number handy just in case.
