"I sang "The Sound of Silence" in high school. It was a duet with this girl I had a crush on. And then she saw me at a party later on and I was really stoned, and she had nothing to do with me after that. Yeah, I guess I've always kind of crooned." - Matt Cameron on being asked about singing.

some are soundboard quality: 10/06/1991, 02/12/1989
and the Rochester 06/14/1994 is my favorite Soundgarden boot
“Life is life everywhere. Life is in ourselves and not outside us. There will be men beside me, and the important thing is to be a man among men and to remain a man always, whatever the misfortunes, not to despair and not to fall - that is the aim of life, that is its purpose.”
Fyodor Dostoyevsky
They did not play switch opens at reading 95, but they did play a song called christi. That is the only known performance of that song live or studio. It fucking rocks, starting out real slow with cornell picking up the intensity as the songs climaxes.
anyone have Reading festival 95 or holland 96 where they played switch opens ???...Marie Curie ??? someone.----
I have both, but Switch Opens was not played at Reading 95
Do you want the whole boot or just Switch Opens?

Spoonman
Searching With My Good Eye Closed
Let Me Drown
Pretty Noose
Burden in My Hand
My Wave
Ty Cobb
An Unkind
Fell On Black Days
Helter Skelter / Boot Camp*
Rusty Cage
disc 2
Improv / Black Hole Sun

*These 2 songs are cut. Boot Camp is just missing the very end of the song because the DCC automatically switched from side A to side B. Search & Destroy cuts in. At some point you will hear the intro to "Communication Breakdown," then it cuts out. According to thetaper, the band played the complete song.

The ball is in Thayil's court. He's been saying he'll do it since the release of A-Sides back in 1997. It's been 10 years and it still hasn't surfaced, although Cornell recently said that he'd love for it to finally be released.
Any chance of a list of soundboard 'Garden boots?

You know, I think that's never gonna happen or at least it will take a very long time. After their divorce, Susan Silver now co-owns Cornell's musical works rather than simply have the right to half of the royalties. So in order to get those b-sides released, he would have to be in agreement with her (and considering how nasty the divorce was, that might not be easy). It's kinda of a Courtney Love vs. Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic type of situation.

Fresh deadly rarities is a b sides bootleg that maybe in a future could be realased but iy doesnt have the strong b sides like kyle petty, karaoke or birth ritual , I dont know really why stolen prayers wasnr tealased as a ep that could make superunknown more famous but it reamined as a bootleg....maybe like in 30 or 5 years oy maybe next year a box would be realased but who knows....

I dont have any problem about the b sides I have around 28 (Blind dogs, ritual, somms set, karaoke, kyle pety , toy box,) but I think they have more unrealased shit like studio sessions shit like this song "Say Goodnight" and Christi ...I'll love to have readin' 95 boot 'cause i was there and believe me I was blown off away soy thats way I have been fuckin you with a lot of requests of readin 95 , and I trust some one will upload it someday
Thought this was the appropriate place to ask this. Does anyone have, and would be willing to upload an mp3 of Subpop Rock City and Christi? It would mean a lot. Thanks.

The show was November-14-1999-Beacon Theatre-New York,NY.

Thanks.

Now, here's a link to the Soundgarden Live Guide, that lists all known Soundgarden boots, so you can find all the ones that are soundboard:
