It's an awesome show, the one from 2 days previous is pretty awesome too.

Anyone that's not aware of it, this site is great for setlists and, where existing, bootleg titles so you know what to go looking for :D

I am going to show my age here but the morning of December 31st 1980, I hanging with some buds and I was fully preparing to go See SouthSide Johnny and the Asbury Jukes at the Capital Theater in Passaic. I had 2 5th row seat. My buds had two tickets to see Bruce at Nassua. My one friend wanted to spend time with his Girlfriend and asked if I would trade my 2 tickets for one Bruce ticket. I got to see Bruce's longest show and spent the last hour front row after meeting Bruce's Mom who told the security guard to let me go up front. This show ranks as my all time favorite by a long shot. The only show that has come close is The Grateful Dead's Rainforest Benefit at MSG. First Time Bruce Hornsby sat in with the band.

On Jan 5, 1973 Bruce released his debut album
    Greetings From Asbury Park

On January 5, 1973, Bruce Springsteen released his debut album Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J. Recorded in a single week the album only sold about 25,000 copies in the first year of its release. Both “Blinded By The Light” and “Spirit In The Night” were released as singles but neither made a dent in the charts. Manfred Mann’s Earth Band later released a version of “Blinded By The Light” on their album The Roaring Silence, which reached #1 on the US charts in 1977.

I was lucky enough to see Buffalo Show during the 2009 tour. Just shy of 4 hours and this was the only time he played this album in full. Easily one of my favorites.

People were saying Wednesday on the Backstreets forum, but I don't think that came from a reliable source.
