    I’m hoping they do.

American Frame only seems to have sales when I don’t need anything framed.  Some how they seem to know when I have a print to frame and they get stingy with the sales and free shipping.  =)

Do it yourself.. it's not that difficult.  It's about 100 dollar investment.

I do the work myself but i still need the materials lol.  Frame, glass, matting, board.  Really doing those four is probably closer to 6-700 for what i usually buy

My strategy is to wait for the 50% off Michael's frames.  I also get my board at Hobby Lobby which has a huge selection of colors for $10.  Getting the textured board is more expensive, from places like Michael's, but I do it for my favorites (like Sperry Miami for example, or Reaper).  So I can usually keep the investment to about $50 per frame job.  The problem gets into Klausen prints and his weird sizes along with any 12x36.  I keep meaning to try American Frame for those custom sizes.
Oh yeah, the other thing I'm doing now is rotating the prints, using the same mats.  It's amazing how many double mats can be used for multiple prints.  I'm out of wall space anyway, so that works.

Getting my baseball wall together.   Just got both Klausen back today.  I’ll post another pic when they are all up together.   image

    A bit of everything...

The huge EV ukulele print is prob my favorite frame-up.

It's such a big, weird size (something like 15x40), but I found a lighthouse print on Craigslist that was close and I didn't even have to cut the mat!  =O  It's literally perfect.  I also did the Philly and Wrigley ones myself.

Thanks man!!  We thought we'd never frame it - would've been too expensive to do professionally, and this just happened to be perfect.

Here's what the original art that was in it looked like (can't believe I still had a picture of it), then a pic of the print on a chair for scale.  It's MASSIVE (46x20).

This shot is amazing.  I've been to all those shows and have the poster too.   My Missoula '98 and Vancouver '00 are framed like yours.   My Seattle '18 is also in a custom black frame.   Never framed my wookie on a surfboard though.  Maybe I need to let it out of it's tube.  I ended up framing the Ames Bros poster from the '09 show with the Sean Kemp theme.
