Interesting mat choice.... I'm pretty sure I had the colour in my hand at one point when I was framing mine, but put it back cause it didn't go with the red (mine and the gf's bedroom has a red thing going on, and that's where this was getting put).

Got any more picks? maybe something where I can see it a little closer?

The moment I 1st saw this poster I wanted it...

I am not sure so much about this, LA Ames 06 looks really nice but some other stuff he has done it's too much in my opinion, it is amazing work don't get me wrong but you end up looking more the frame job then the art in it, it should be all about art / poster.
I can't imagine the wall with 10 frames like this...you would get dizzy watching that wall

Thanks for the link... The NOLA BK print on there looks fantastic... I'm actually thinking I might contact this guys to get something done....

Like Niko said though, I couldn't see having a house full of these it would be a little overwhelming... one, however, done right, would be pretty kool....
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

I definitely agree that a lot of his work in a small space would be overwhelming. Personally , I have 5 of his frame jobs, not all in the same room, and they definitely attract attention!

The NOLA one came out great but I thought it was too similar to the poster and detracted from it (I was hoping he would do more of a Jazz Fest theme with it).

Check out page 1 of my "framing archive".

I chose a black mat, with a bright orange second mat, and complimented the green with the green-stripe frame. On this print, using a green or orange on top overwhelmed the image.
