I just ordered seven from american frame

click on the frame you want..then start....then upload your image....then go to the tab that says "mat"

I hope my choices of mat colors are going to look OK. I have seven more to go, so figured I can see the mats in person before I choose for some of the others that didn't seem so cut and dried :?

Nice Job! That set list and poster are hung beautifully!

Thanks! I only work with the space a have (which has run out very quickly....)

In the meantime, a word of advice to those attempting to do the framing themselves:

I have attempted this twice, and both times I was not happy with the results. One of the pieces was taken out of the frame, and I bought it to a professional to do.... the other is still on my wall, and I keep thinking about getting it redone...

When I attempted to do the framing myself, I wanted to do it to save money - but for the compromises I had to make and the extras I had to buy to complete the frame beyond what is supplied in the kit. It completely wasn't worth it.

Also, be prepared for a frustrating experience when you attempt to put it together. It is damn near fucking impossible to get the piece centered in the mats, and keep is that way in the process of fastening everything together, even with the proper framing corners/framing tape/whatever.... Be patient.

For me personally, the amount of time I spent putting the frames together, and the money I spent... it was much more enjoyable to take it to a professional and let them deal with it.

Maybe you all will have better results with.... Good luck! Just sharing my experience...
Houston, Texas... Believe it or not, there are 7 million people here... must be a couple of fans who'd love to see you play.

Is anyone interested in this framed UK 06 poster? It's great and all, but it's pretty big. Bigger than the suitcase I live out of most of the time. 8-)

you should have a new mat cut since your keeping the stub. it will look much better. you could still leave it bottom heavy and itll look fine.

    just some advise.

    Taken onboard.

It wouldn't be hard to do, but if anyone wants it—they might have a ticket to put in themselves.

Disclaimer: not quite the beautiful work of the Hoff, but still....

just framed 15 posters at once. even at cut rate american frame, it came to about $1100  . spare me your comments on DMB.....my wife really likes them  and some of them came out better than some PJ ones  .

three groupings...they may look crooked, but they're not!

    IMG_3116.jpg

    IMG_3111.jpg

    IMG_3108.jpg

originally, I had this one matted in black but changed it:

    IMG_3120.jpg

no mat because a) it's damn big to begin with and b) I didn't want to pay for oversized shipping

    IMG_3113.jpg

really liked how this green mat came out:

    IMG_3109.jpg

had to change this mat, too. the first red was all wrong. in person, this red matches the slurpee perfectly:

    IMG_3117.jpg

    better in person......really!

    IMG_3121.jpg

ugliest poster of the last tour :? ? I don't think so  :

    IMG_3119.jpg

    IMG_3114.jpg

really like the color in this one:

    IMG_3112.jpg

sent to me by one of the coolest people on this board. sorry I didn't display the other, test print side :shifty: :

    IMG_3110.jpg

all in all, I'm happy. if you're new to this, like me, make sure you pull out the actual poster and don't trust the uploaded pictures. you might not get the mat colors just right the first time around...and double check your measurements.....I totally fucked one up....but was able to use it for another, since I made two orders. time to go clean off the hand smudges......

F*#k me. That is an awesome effort. Some great mat colour choices too, that seems to be the hardest part.

Looks good! Nice effort. There are a couple nice DMB ones in the mix too.

That was the biggest problem I had when putting everything together... centering the poster in the mat/frame. It was damn near impossible.... in the end I just gave up and said "good enough"
