I’m not sure I’d call that blocking but still good the chief got the woman home safe! I wanna see the police actually get in between an actual confrontation but I don’t think that will happen

*The following opinion is mine and mine alone and does not represent the views of my family, friends, government and/or my past, present or future employer. US Department of State: 1-888-407-4747.

I don’t know why anyone even asks these POS any questions anymore. It’s not like they’re going to get an honest answer from anyone in that Nazi regime. Why bother? Example A:

We're doing a big investigation. I want to see the investigation. I'm going to be watching over it. I want a very honorable and honest investigation. I have to see it myself." Trump also said that "I’m looking at the whole situation. I love everybody. I love all of our people. I love his family. And it's a very sad situation." He added of Pretti that "You can’t have guns. You can’t walk in with guns. You can’t do that."

Its a fucking joke with deadly consequences. Did any of those answers add value, make anything better? Nah, just blowing smoke up our asses. The bold is particularly galling, trying to be a caring tough guy, like he wants to make things better. CCOOTWH’s forgotten about both of them already.

The brutality and lawlessness is so rampant. Good thing Tom Homan showed up to tone things down. I wonder how much the government will quietly pay out for all the excessive force lawsuits in MN alone. What a gigantic waste of taxpayer money and untold levels of trauma and long term PTSD. No republican should win anything during the midterms. Send all these fuckers to CECOT and Epstein Island.

I've thought about the trauma/PTSD factor numerous times throughout these disastrous occurances. I've though about how watching the videos of both murders is disturbing enough as it is, and then factor that discomfort exponentially by large numbers and, knowing what PTSD feels like, it's hugely upsetting to have an inkling of what so many Minneapolis folks will have to grapple with for a life time.
Yes, I too hope these fuckers go to jail.  If there is a hell, they are certainly headed that way.

Does he even do protesting anymore?  Tom Morello at his concert was pretty vocal about things.

Zack? don't think so. at least now. but will say on their last tour he tore his achilles to 8% left intact on the second show. finished out that leg of the tour and cancelled the second leg to europe and the final us shows.

saw show #6? in Cleveland. NEVER have I been in a room with that much energy from the first note. He did it seated on a road case......

So havent heard any updates but I am looking to see if he will even walk again unaided.
    Yeah he's been quiet.

I did 3 of the 5 shows at MSG.  If there was ever a sign that a band should still be touring and making music, this was it.

Achilles can be fixed nowadays.  It's not the crutches forever diagnosis anymore.

Zach the world would love to hear your voice again.
the research is conflicted on achilles repair vs letting it heal on it's own. some studies say to fix it surgically, some say to let it heal on its own with a walking boot with a large heel wedge and lower the degree of wedge every few weeks until able to walk on it with the foot in neutral. the research shows the outcomes are exactly the same either way. letting it heal conservatively does not come with risks of infection, as surgery does, but if the tendon is retracted by a certain distance surgery is the preferred treatment because retracted tendons most likely will not heal if treated conservatively.

i worked for an orthopaedic surgeon that tore his achilles and he chose the non op route. the trend is going away from surgical treatment at this time.  but if i am diabetic or have other co-morbitities that could interfere with tendon healing, i am opting for surgery. zach may have done the latter.

That's a very good description as to how I feel as well, my friend.  You and I and no doubt literally millions of others here in this country, and even in other parts of the world feel the pain.  Those disgusting people in this current administration have caused untold massive amounts of worry, anxiety, pain and suffering to vast numbers of people.  The degree of that pain and suffering, of course, varies by person, but the total sum of widespread misery is no exaggeration.  History will judge them harshly.

Five-year-old Liam Conejo Ramos received a wings pin in the cockpit on his flight back to Minneapolis. Liam and his father, Adrian Conejo Arias, asylum seekers who were detained by federal agents last week and sent to a Texas detention facility, arrived back in Minneapolis on Sunday after a judge ordered the government to release them.

“Liam is very happy to be going back,” Conejo Arias, who is originally from Ecuador, told ABC News' John Quiñones in an exclusive interview. "He’s going to see his mom and his brother again."

Asked how he was feeling, Liam told ABC News in Spanish, "Good."

Would be great if they did!  It's not their "job", but considering the other things they've stood up for, this would rank among the most worthy of causes.

The Springsteen/ Morello get at Minneapolis's The First Avenue caught my attention, not just because of these two great playing for a great cause, but because The First Avenue played a big roll in one of my most favorite band's history, The Replacements.  It would be so cool if Paul Westerberg were to come out of retirement long enough to add a song to the cause- even if it was just something he cooked up in his basement.
