    I think a big issue with a lot of the response to this is that a large number of people
    are under the misconception that it’s justified for law enforcement to shoot at someone who’s fleeing.

    thats the best case scenario. Worst case is they are fine with it and even want this for various reasons.

    The point being, no one needed to be shot in the face. Scheffler actually dragged a cop with his car and was merely inconvenienced for few hours.
