    Yes, it was.  The Guardian reported, "In a statement to the Guardian, assistant secretary Tricia McLaughlin from the Department of Homeland Security said Lander “was arrested for assaulting law enforcement and impeding a federal officer”".    There is video on the arrest that clearly shows Lander did not assault anyone.  After he was released, in a press conference, someone mentioned that he had been accused of "assaulting law enforcement", and he looked bewildered.  He didn't know that accusation had been made and wasn't even told.  We are so steeped in bullshit right now.  Unbelievable.
