Again & again pretty much every day. Not even overly desirable seats. Can confirm they have stopped scooping upper level for this show in the last 2 wks.  Seen a few pair sit for 12+ hrs.

let’s assume those were ten c seats. Why do we never ask why can’t the slightest effort be made to keep fan club tickets within the club? 

At least give members an exclusive window to buy f2f 10c tix? Yes the brokers could find a way around, but this would be another expense for them because  they would need to join, another hurdle for them (some would get weeded out by not joining) and give the band and tm legitimate enforcement action tools against violators of ticketing policies.

Like I said, TM and the band couldn't care less about the 10c.  By all means, enjoy it if that's your thing, but EV just literally said on national TV that he hates touring, so the 10c isn't even on their radar, which checks out by the way this idiotic system works.

I think they do care about the 10C. Problem is the band has been outsourced and monetized. Now in their 60s, the band is on autopilot, showing up and collecting checks. Do a few shows and they make a ton of money. Even the merch is now a machine unto itself, they do not even need to play and they make millions. Let's be honest, Pearl Jam is now a business and TM has an even stronger hold on tickets than they ever have, meaning less good seats for the 10C members. They have not jumped the shark yet but they are close.

Nah, I'm good.  I just can't stand the blind ball washing that goes on sometimes.  The system sucks and they are helping the bots and scalpers.  Those are just facts.  Calling that out doesn't make me like their music less.  They aren't happy touring, they are happy gouging the F out of their loyal fans.  Its all about money for them.  Nothing more, nothing less.

I’ve got no issue with people caring about money.  In my career I worked for personal satisfaction and achievement but at the end of the day I also want to be paid as much as I can get.  I’m not sure why we hold a rock band to a higher standard than we hold ourselves.  Luckily you still enjoy the music.  That’s what it’s all about.

Oh, believe me.  I don't hold the band to any standard. It's those who believe the band actually cares or is out for the greater good that annoys me.  Their little stunt with ticketmaster 30 years ago was cute, but they have pulled a complete 180 from that time and are completely in bed with TM and do less and less for their fan base as years go on.  They can do whatever they want, but I personally don't think its a great business model to announce to the world that they hate touring.  Especially when they are a part of this enormous scam where trash tickets are being artificially marked up to a thousand dollars to try and get some sucker to accidently buy them.

I miss the thrill of chasing tickets.  That feeling when you’ve filled out the checkout form and the little wheel starts spinning and waiting to see if “you got the tickets” or an error of some sort.
