I guess I don't understand the tech enough. If each ticket has a barcode and the agreement says no resell, can't they see the tickets out on resell sites and void them? Sure it would be a bit of work, but hell, people that post here would do most of the work for them. 

No, because they don't post the bar code for free, neither do resell sites post the seat #'s,  Just the section and row, most likely on purpose so the tickets can't be tracked to the person that owns them on TM.  It makes it hard to police when you don't know the exact seat #'s.  10c would need to buy the tickets to see what shows up, or fans would, then relay the info.

Some resale sites occasionally post seat numbers 
 

Which is why, in the cases you can directly map tickets on resale sites to those from the lottery, void them or will call them to the original ten club member or the name on the Ticketmaster account that purchased them on f2f.

They are only non-transferrable for 10c and real fans.  Bots and scalpers can do whatever they want.  Its the way the band and TM want it.

Reverse engineered barcode generator host on a website. Buyers get sent a link to a website and scan that barcode at the venue.

Then right after the guy posted that he was notified they sold, I saw a single GA pop up on TM. Could t cart those.

Just sold some non-PJ tickets on TM.  Looks like they now pay you after the event for tickets listed after January 8.  Not sure if this applies to F2F.

It would appear it does. I sold one on 1/11 that I never got paid for. Been arguing with their chat reps the past week about getting payment, and was told repeatedly that you don't get paid until after the event. I just assumed they didn't know what they were talking about (as is usually the case), but it seems I was wrong. Would have been nice if they gave some kind of notice. I sold one 5 days before that and had no problem getting paid.

They never called. I was one of the people who got the email saying that it would be a permanent ban. Then about a week later it was unblocked. This happened to a bunch of us. So, if you get an email saying that you are permanently banned it may not be the case. Also, as @KJ228171 suggested, if you are not unblocked by the NIN sale, just create a new account. You have to create it with a new email address, but can use the same payment methods.

I know most people are tired of this so apologies and closing my loop because I doubt anything comes of it. I emailed 10C about the bans on Dec 26, 2024. They replied today with the following.

I sent messages to info@tenclub.net, to the PR rep, to the GM, to the band manager. Although you can find them I'm not posting the last three on a public forum but if you want them DM me. Strangely the first reply they sent (back in December) was contact information for Pearl Jam Press Relations with a phone number and email.

I sold one in late December and got paid on 1/6.  Guess I just made it under the wire.

Wow that's SUPER lame. TM gets to hold onto my money for 5 months for no good reason? Sweet. Thanks for posting this here to spread awareness, though. Saved me from having to waste my time contacting them about it.
