Yes - a women’s XL. Was in Kitchener, but has now inexplicably headed back to Richmond BC. I’m based in Ontario.

My Men’s XL has been in ‘Waiting for item’ in Canada Post tracking since Nov 29. I’m assuming it’s a large backlog and it’ll eventually get moving but it’s frustrating

So did mine and just paid $34.58 duty.  Are we able to request this paid by Ten Club or no for those of us in Canada?

It’s essentially sales tax on the declared value. Did you pay sales tax when you checked out?

I had 2 mystery bags arrive that were delivered by Uni Uni Express where I wasn't charged any fees. Also had 2 mystery bags arrive by Canada Post that were hit with fees.

Weird one company I had to pay but the other company I didn't. Kinda hoping 10Club uses Uni Uni Express for Canadian orders in 2025.

I didn’t pay sales tax so that make sense, I have the same amount owing. Does that mean the declared value is $266 in order to get the $34.58 duty? That seems crazy high.

Since all the big items were shipped separately from the original orders, I’m almost certain I’m paying $190 CAD all in for mainly cancelled show merch but I’ll find out next week.

Check back in a day or two. Also you should receive an email from Canada Post if you have an account with them where it will let you pay online. It won't let you pay early also won't let you pay a day before it's out for delivery.

in my experience, I put the alternate tracking number from UPS in Canada Post and it showed more accurate information.

Wondering why we are paying actual duty on these?  I know tax and fee is sometimes charged but this is the first time ive ever been charged actual duty? Did 10C declare them wrong?

There’s likely tax and then a fee for Canada post to collect the money and remit to the government.

I’m not sure how it’s broken down. I had mine shipped to my mailbox in Michigan.

Guess I should be appreciative of the fact my package was delivered by UniUni with no duty.

Even though got dinged with duties like you I am also excited to finally open this after ordering so long ago.  My expectations after seeing so many XL are low but you never know.  Not sure I would do this for $190 CDN again but maybe I will change that tune come Tuesday… 😉

The anticipation was probably worth it alone…

If anyone here local to Toronto or in Canada wants any trades maybe we can do a WhatsApp or FaceBook group to trade just for us Canucks?

    We are back!!

The U.S. Postal Service will resume acceptance of mail and packages to Canada starting Monday, Jan. 6, 2025. Canada Post has made significant progress in clearing delayed volumes caused by their employee strike, and now commercial and retail customers, as well as those using online systems, will be able to send mail and packages to Canada once again.

My Pearl Jam All Treat/No Trick Mystery Bag is out for delivery today!

WOW what a journey to get this since ordering back on October 31st, 2024 (not Ten Club's fault).  So long I forgot it was a Halloween item for sale! ;-)

Looking forward to opening this up.  Trying to not have too high of expectations but also optimistic!

First PJ Mystery Bag for me ever, I get the hype and excitement now.  Just didn't like the $190 CDN price tag (our CDN $ is shiite!).

Still waiting on mine, the extra duty sucks! I've got stuff from ten club for years without a duty. Not sure what's changed but I will be rethinking any furture orders.

The Canada shipments on the mystery bags have been very strange. Many were delivered to Canada via UPS > Uni Uni where none of these orders were hit with any fees at all. Then you have UPS > Canada Post orders where every single mystery bag with hit with fees. With the majority hit with an addition "duty" charge. What in blazes was going on?

Don't bother asking, I did and they replied with this:

    Hi,
Here is our policy on Customs/Duty/VAT:

For Orders being shipped outside of the United States: Customs, Duties and Taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders placed in the store that are shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such Import Fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

    Thanks

No, i sent it in to CBSA saying it was classified wrong. Like i said not holding my breath but worth a try.
Years ago I received a package with a US$10 declaration (back when USPS used carbon copy forms) but the CBSA agent wrote it up as US$100. I took a closer look at the paperwork and it seemed, to me anyway, like the agent folded the carbon copy up and over so it looked like an extra zero at the end - can’t make this stuff up. When I submitted the carbon copy along with a letter asking for a refund of the duty charged in addition to the handling fee I was rebuked re: handling fee. I explained at US$10 it never would have been flagged and charged in the first place but I didn’t get anywhere.
