Looking at the one including RFK, although much better than a month ago, there is trouble in those polls.  KH is consistently losing NV and GA looks like it will be tough. If she loses those two (assuming she doesn’t flip NC) she must take both PA and MI.

and MI has a strong pro Palestinian population, which polling may not be picking up. Hopefully trump scares them more. But these polls look worse than 2020 when Biden barely won.
The polls are still moving.  Momentum is a real thing

What’s happened when Kamala finally had to talk?

Yesterday was a literal disaster. She just added a communist talking point to her empty platform. Price control on an industry that profits are 1.6%. Not Apple whose profits are north of 20%.

Nixon tried this in the 70s. He froze wages and prices for 90 days. It worked short term, inflation slowed. He eased those restrictions, inflation returned. Nixon imposed stricter regulations, this time it failed leading to the greatest inflation of all time. Out of control until Reagan was able to curb it.
We are heading down that road again. Kamala’s plan would push us over the edge.

The solution is stop printing money and artificially
trying to manipulate things. Lower energy costs and cost of doing business. More production of goods is paramount to slowing or stopping inflation. Not government handout programs or price controls.

Would record level domestic energy production lower energy costs?

I think "literal disaster" is an overstatement. As much as you like her to be, she's not communist (and is not a genuine threat in America in 2024). I do agree its not the right plan though, especially for grocery. I do want to point out the worst US inflation oF aLl TiMe was after WWI. Not now.

Also, for someone who is so concerned about liberals obsession with Trump, I do want to point out your obsession with liberal policies tipping the US over into communism, or economic collapse, or whatever can certainly come across as equally unhinged. Just thought you should know as you throw stones in your glass house.

i would think so. that is my gripe. we are drilling more domestic oil than we ever have before, but gas is still over 3 bucks a gallon. i don't get why. it would have to be price gouging i would think.

The recovery plans investment in clean energy would also help.
