    It's hard to trust that it's a simple mistake given all of the other issues this org has had previously, as the article lays out
    so why would they include links to polling places for these people?
    As someone who has worked for companies that do text marketing campaigns, we would typically see click-through rates in the single digits
    That's assuming Twilio or SBT doesn't block you all together. 

    Did these messages go to only registered Republicans,  Democrats or both? It wouldn't make sense for a progressive group to suppress their own votes.  The recipients will tell you the intent 
    The article tells you in black and white that this is an organization with a history of malicious intent

    If they have a "history of malicious intent" then  those are cyber crimes that violate a host of privacy laws. If that's the case,  how are they still around?  If they exist as a PII- mining operation,  then that's not voter suppression. There's important information missing from this article,  or the explanations people have here.

    sounds like it’s a known issue for a limited amount of machines and they have a work around. 

    If a VAT user votes straight party and then splits their ticket, they will receive an error message—but will have the chance to fix it and still cast a ballot. While this does not change who or what a voter would cast their ballot for, it will make the process more inconvenient for VAT users who vote split-ticket.

    LANSING, Mich. (WLNS) — Split-ticket voters using a Dominion ICX Voter Assist Terminal (VAT) on Election Day should be prepared for straight-ticket/split-ticket programming issues when marking their ballot, according to Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson.

    A VAT is a special type of device that people with disabilities may use to assist with marking their ballot, which is then printed from the machine and put through the tabulator—but the machine has issues with properly processing certain types of ballots.

    The Trump campaign has WON its lawsuit in Pennsylvania against Bucks County after they shut off voting lines early yesterday.

    The only lawsuits from Harris are to keep non-citizens on the voter rolls and to keep the border open. Harris is a danger to our Republic. With each passing day, more Americans can witness it.
