I’d take the Dublin greatest hits setlist done well over this setlist performed poorly any day of the week.

Wasn't he out of breath very early in Dublin also and that's why they added Eruption but, he said it was jet lag? Now it sounds like it's worse🤔 Whatever it is I feel bad for the guy when he and the band hit European soil something unexpected is always happening and it's usually health related. Get better EV🙏

Interesting that they are continuing to pound react, scared and wreckage when Stevie, Got to Give and Won't Tell are far superior songs and sound way better live

The tour is ready for wreckage to get the sirens treatment and disappear.

Perhaps Ed's voice had something to do with set design. Hoping he's fine with some tea and the tour marches on unabated.

You could tell Ed was struggling but the crowd were great and helped him through it. I was also at London 1 in 2018 and I think he sounded worse that night tbh. If it's just a cold then hopefully he'll be right by the weekend for London.

I don't believe I've read one person state their comment as fact, except for amont of x's a songs been played. If we can't state our opinions wtf are we on here for??🎸

I didn’t say either was poor, just that I’d choose performance over setlist.

For tonight though, the struggling vocal performance affected my own enjoyment of it, more so than what songs were played, whether that setlist is perceived positively by the majority or not.

I still had a nice time!

"Wreckage" is the single, and it's enjoying major success at three different formats. Of course they're going to play it every night. Plus, it's one of the best songs on the album.

I saw "Scared of Fear" and "React, Respond" ten times and they were incredible every time. "React, Respond" got a huge reaction every night. Bear in mind that this is coming from someone whose two favorite songs on the album are "Got to Give" and "Won't Tell."
I gather speed from you fucking with me.

    Just saw SOLAT on youtube....yikes.
Talk about caught between a rock and a hard place.

The show must go on with shot vox versus the backlash of cancelling.

I’m fearing the worst. I know of quite a few people that had this ‘cold’ recently (including myself), & it lasted anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks 😬
Hopefully, as someone mentioned, he will get the best doctor(s) available on it & come through the other side 🤞🏻

My partner couldn't make the Dublin show after being in bed for a week with this so it is a really bad dose that is around. Fingers crossed for Berlin goers.

You'd hope they would make a call before Saturday but there's a tendency to leave it fairly late unfortunately.

Genuinely thought he was rougher last night than 2018. The bootleg from last night will be interesting. So many line missed, and words that were pulled away from. So many attempts to deliver lines that just werent there to deliver.......meaning a total change of tone. Tough to watch and from where I was - which was rail stone side, Ed seemed to be struggling with the pacing too....it looked like hard work for him. Sad to see, and hence so many extended jams and solos etc and singalongs.

    Mike is absolutely on fire

Just need to hear the rest of it in London

Yeah I'm only travelling a couple of hours so won't set off until late morning, but some folks are travelling hours and hours. My hotel has already taken my cash so I'll be out of pocket regardless of when they cancel but I'd rather avoid the journey if it's not gonna be on.

Although Ed sounded OK from the clips I've seen, better than the 2018 show I was at, those who were there suggest he was really struggling. You'd expext it to be cancelled but London isn't gonna be an easy one to reschedule so who knows what's gonna happen.

Judging from some clips this will be the worst bootleg in a while if you like vocals. But Ed really tried. This is great.
Hope he can recover in time for the London show.
