    i think some people just think that eds going to be like "oh look theres a guy in PJ shirt, right on!" and they think thats why people wear them and they think its stupid, dunno only semi logical explanation i could come up with.
    {if (work != 0) {
    work = work + 1;
    sleep = sleep - work * 10;}
    else if (work >= 0) {
    reality.equals(false);
    work = work +1;
    }system("pause");
    return 0;}

    I think the theory is that you are already at a Pearl Jam show, you don't need to declare you are a fan by wearing a shirt. Do what you want. The same people are probably just fine with wearing a Yankees shirt to a Yankees game.

    I think it goes back to the movie PCU. But it was about any band in general not just PJ.

    ''Don't be that guy'' LOL

    I remember somewhere in Canada 2005 seeing somebody wearing a shirt. That said, '' I am that guy'' :)

    every sports fan wears their colors to games. tell people at Rutgers stadium (all red) people at va teach (all brown and orange) and people at tennesse (all orange) not to wear their colors. its part of being a fan. wear what you want.

    A good friend of mine who I haven't toured with in a while now. When we pulled into Kitchener in 2005 he spotted PJ fans all wearing the same shirt. It was the red PJ tour shirt they were selling. His reply was, ''check out the super fans''. I busted out laughing cause it was a group of 4 or 5 and they were all wearing that same shirt. lol

    But who cares IMO wear whatever shirt you want to a show. :)

    Me also - its not that I care what others wear, but I like to see what PJ shirts other people wear - you can identify what shows they were at sometimes.

    I think you got this all wrong...

    People don't have a problem with you wearing a PJ shirt to the show... they have a problem with you wearing PJs (pajamas) to the shows. And I think we can all agree... if someone has the audacity to wear PJs to a PJ show, we will make fun of them every time - mainly because we are jealous that we are not so tenacious!
    For those who scoff at "Jamily" in my name... 9 years ago, when my first daughter was born there were jokes about whether my priority would be my family or PJ. I smiled and quipped "I am a JamilyMan." What was a family joke became a hated term among jammers. Didn't see that one coming!

    I never understood this either. At most concerts I go to, a good majority of people have the concert shirt on. Same goes for baseball games, we always wear our white sox gear when we roll to the game. I took both my kids to the Sox game last weekend (right behind third base, excellent seats, but not sure the kids, age 2 and 3, completely appreciated the $100 seats) and we all had our jerseys on (they may or may not have been matching).

    I've been to about 50 Stones concerts and have worn a stones shirt or a "Shidoobee" shirt to probably 40 of them.
    There's Pearl Jam, The Rolling Stones, Chuck Berry, Robert Johnson......and then everybody else.
