What about Miami and Tampa/Jacksonville? Orlando seems like its never on anyones tour itinerary anymore
Orlando has poor venues. Camping World is the worst. I saw one show at the basketball arena and it was small and had bad acoustics. And the other places also seem too small for a headlining band.

Tampa has so many more options for indoor/outdoor venues of all different sizes. Amphitheatre, Raymond James Stadium, Amalie Arena, Mahaffey, Ruth Eckard, the Sound, etc....I think that is why Orlando doesn't get all the big names any longer.
I am down for a Tropicana Field show once they get the stadium back up and running!

Hope this isn’t too soon or in bad taste, but who knew the Trop had a retractable roof!

Shooting myself in the foot here (since Orlando is close), but you're not wrong. Camping World is held up by duct tape & chewing gum. Kia Center (formerly Amway Arena) is solely owned by the DeVos family (more Amway), and if I'm PJ, I'm not putting any more money in THEIR pockets.
The best bet for Orlando is either the Addition Financial Arena (which can hold 10k like the Moody Center), or another surprise/secret show at HoB.
Otherwise, it's back to Tampa (and I'm good with that - every show there has been solid, or a classic. Go listen!)
Thanks for the update earlier Go Animal.  I am sure a return to the Silver Spurs Arena in Kissimmee is out of the question.  I can't believe they even played at that tiny place in 2004.  I think I remember you saying you found your way into the HOB show in Orlando in 2003.  Did you go to the Vote for Change show in 2004?  It truly felt like an all 10C show.  I got a sense there were no casual fans there.

Yes, 2006 Euro Tour was announced on 4/26/2006, a few days after the Astoria show in London.

    This.

Early december is the "spot" for Euro Tour annoucements, specially if they are doing festivals.

Werchter is the 50th Anniversary next year , they have a great relationship with the festival. Would be could if they played there

At this point, there is not a single actual solid rumor out there besides the Sphere.  Those rumors tend to spread a month or two before any announcement.

I would be shocked if we heard ANYTHING regarding future shows or tours before the New Year

I think Go Animal's intel is on a similar level as far as what we have. Short NA run early in the year and possibly some type of residency later.

And for as much crap as I give vedpunk he gets full credit if Lovin' Life comes through (and continued infamy if it doesn't).

Nothing is 100% confirmed, just sharing intel from ongoing negotiations from credible sources that are sponsors of venues and festivals.  Same sponsors also mentioned Sphere or Climate Pledge for residency.  Take it or leave it, I don’t care.

    I hope it's Climate Pledge.
I fully support this and if they do full album shows, then I would likely go to several of them.
Would love to see album shows for Vs, No Code, Yield, Riot Act, and Lost Dogs (how cool would that be?)

Wouldn't argue with rarely played songs from any of those and Binaural. The few songs I've seen from Riot Act is shameful.

I just hope that if theyre going to wait a few months to announce, that they drop the entire year of touring in January again.  It was awesome to get Fall dates announced in Q1 for 2024

    kinda disagree there.

Europe being announced in early December in the perfect timing.

You could see it in the sales of the european tour this year. late announcement alongside very expensive tickes for europe standarts didnt help at all.

I get that.  I just personally think there is a 0% chance of European shows in 2025, so it shouldn’t matter in this case.  No intel, I know nothing, just a personal thought.

All intel so far, along with history says no Europe. Back to back summers, don't think so. Just thinking out loud
