That Beck show was freaking awesome! I think Ed/PJ at Tanglewood would cause chaos in Lenox. That lawn would be packed haha. Shed seats absolutely suck if you’re not close due to it being so flat.1STmammal2wearPants said:
After seeing Beck w/ the Pops there a couple of weeks back, I can get down w/ this.JimmyV said:
Ed/PJ at Tanglewood needs to happen.IamNotMichael said:
Very cool! I’m out in Berkshire County. Somehow got both nights but also chose to make them solo trips so that may have helped in getting both. Good luck!WindowPaine said:
no kidding? i'm in WMass too. Still looking for GA/pit tickets for both shows.IamNotMichael said:
I live in Western Ma so I drive and stay in Newton,Ma. There’s a light rail station about 5 minutes from hotel (Marriott) Riverside Station, cost $6 to park and less than $5 round trip. About 25 minutes to Fenway or Kenmore stops (both close to Park).pearljamnewf said:Thinking about heading to Fenway, accommodations seem to be extremely costly. I don't mind using public transit (subway preferred). Any tips on where to look? Anyone book anything recently? I'll be at the Seahawks Patriots game then said hmm why not stay a couple nights and check out PJ. (would be my 25th show)0 -
Hey Roger Daltrey was there in June maybe that’ll peak Ed’s curiosity of Tanglewood haha.JimmyV said:

I visited the Trillium brewery last year when I went to a NFL game. It was great. Excellent atmosphere, huge place, nice take away selection of beers and cool merch. Had a great meal and couple pints. I'll check the Tree House online and see if i can make it.Dlmartin1984 said:Boston has some of the best beer in the world. Copley. You can walk almost anywhere from there, including to and from the shows. Sonesta I believe is across the river in Cambridge? Also an option, but definitely farther away from Fenway.RS65573 said:I am going to both shows with my wife. THANK YOU! My wife is having some back issues, so we likely get a ride either way, and I liked the idea of a river view, but i'm all about being close to stuff. So Copley it is.0

If you're looking for something to do on the off day between shows, Franz Nicolay of The Hold Steady has an event at the Brookline Booksmith
