Are you allowed to bring a poster tube into the Forum, and/or do they have poster tubes available inside the arena? I know it says they have tubes outside at the merch trailer but nothing about inside.

I do like the poster and am generally a fan of Soto's work, but thought exactly the same thing...

It's a recycled idea in the sense that it's the same animal. But completely different styling. You don't like that the artist rendered another peacock again, after 13 years? Too soon? lol. I think the artist genuinely likes to incorporate a peacock, and likely other birds.
I agree, this LA merch is amazing, and also really love the Vancouver merch. Stunning posters and that Pearl Jam hockey jersey is so cool! I play ice hockey so that one is special to me.

I think you would have to check with the bag policy that each venue has. If they have a clear bag rule that is a little bigger than an average wallet, you won't be able to bring in a tube.

They wouldn’t let us in with tubes at the QOTSA show here in December. Seems to be hit or miss depending on the show because they’ve been allowed at most shows including PJ in ‘22. But merch will be selling tubes so I’d imagine they’ll have to let them in.
