Was just wondering what some of the best musical moments in the show's history are besides this one, of course.

I remember listening to Best Of shows from the 1990s and the episode where Sebastian Bach and Axl Rose called in from LA with Erin Everly and a room full of people in the hotel room was really cool.

Dave Grohl doing Everlong acoustic, of course.

And this one from the Birthday Show.   Worth a listen.

That appears to be the two new songs above from the interview that PJ played.

These songs sounds great live. Looks like Riot Act-level quality is back on the menu boys.

I liked Stone's comment that was something about looking back when they're 90 and thinking that's the best song they ever did but Ed wouldn't let us play it.

What song was he referring to?

He talks about them having a lot of stuff on tape, that was tried once or worked on a bit but wasn't good enough. And how they one day will/might look back at it and discover some gem they looked past.

Not about any specific, song what I know. And I don't think he mentions Ed... It's towards the end.

Can you watch the video on demand through the app if you have the service?
I'd upgrade for a month if I knew I could watch the video.

Can't wait to see the video on this.
Loved the interview and it was cool to hear Ed's story about playing with The Stones in Oakland and going back to Keith's dressing room after and hanging with Hunter S Thompson, Keith & Johnny Depp. I bet that would've been quite the party that night. Can you imagine? You'd need at least a week off to recover from that hangover.

Yeah the Jeff /porn thing was just so fucking poor and cringe what an absolute asshole thing to say to a 60 year musician. Says more about the host than anything else.  Dick

I haven’t heard that part but if anyone has the whole thing including the interview and can put in MP3 format I’d appreciate it.

I didn't hear the exchange, but I'm willing to bet Jeff wasn't half as offended as some people here.

I hadnt realised this, and perhaps really should have done, but it is copyrighted and it is not acceptable to share it.

They spent about 20 minutes yesterday on the show busting Gary’s chops for interrupting the interview with his cut-in.
