My local theatre is listed on https://pearljam.com/onenightonly/ but nothing is available online yet. Hopefully later today we will be able to purchase tickets.

Looks like I have a few options about an hour drive, which I'm used to doing, so no big deal there.

Lol. Having to play it twice to pad out the runtime.

Why not play it with the visuals. And then have some BTS/Interviews with a couple of selected songs off it played live.

I think I'll skip this. But I do like they that play it in Sweden.

I think the first listen is to make you feel at home in the dark listening to the album. But with a better sound system that most of us don't have

I was about to buy a ticket for Odeon Manchester but then I noticed it's playing at Vue Bolton which is closer for me. Tickets don't seem to be on sale at Vue yet.

I thought it was going to be playing at one or two theaters in L.A., but it seems to be everywhere: AMC, Regal, Laemmle all have showings.

I guess I could do that, but I prefer Union Square over Times Square and plus it was on a gift debit card someone gave me.

I saved at AMC because Tuesdays are discount days. Also because of Dolby Atmos. I'm not sure if Regal has it. I don't really like the AMC in Times Square. I usually go to the one near Lincoln Center

I saw Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour on the fourth Thursday after its release at a 3 p.m. showing. The film had only been shown on Friday through Sunday the first three weeks. I went to buy a ticket at the local Regal. It was showing in a 500-seat theater. There was only one seat greyed out. I said, "There's only one other person seeing this?" The ticket agent replied, "No, that's a broken seat. It's just you." I ended up having the entire 500-seat theater to myself. It was glorious. It was like my own private audience with the queen. Apparently, nobody was aware it was showing on Thursdays in the fourth week.

Anyway, all of this is to say that when I bought a ticket for "Dark Matter in the Dark" at a smaller theater in the same multiplex earlier today, I was both excited but also a little disappointed to see that several other people had already bought tickets...
