Anyone had luck with adding a Canadian bank account on ticketmaster?  Trying to prep to sell a spare pair.   When I setup my US account for selling in the US, I never saw the two TM deposits land that it uses to verify the account. I ended up having to go with the debit card instead.  Same problem in Canada, except it refused to recongize the postal code when trying to add a Canadian debit card.
I believe (but am not certain) that the two small TM deposits don’t come through until you actually use the account to sell tickets. At least this what was a TM rep indicated to me. I set up a wise account for purposes of doing F2F for the Canadian shows. I input the account info into TM and everything appeared to go through, but I never saw the two small deposits. I spoke to a TM rep who said I wouldn’t see the deposits until I actually sell tickets. So I’m keeping my fingers crossed. As a backup though, he told me that even if I don’t have a Canadian bank account, I would still get paid out by physical check, it would just take some time. I had a similar situation for the Ottawa show a few years ago- I sold a pair of tickets and it took 2-3 months after the show to get paid (by physical check). I’m hoping that the wise account works out and I’ll be able to get paid within a week of selling, but we’ll see.
Yah I'm in the opposite boat.  I'm Canadian, but opened a US Bank account for when I have to sell tickets to US shows, but Canada is my domestic region, so I wasn't sure if having the US Debit Card attached to my account, was messing up my TM.  Good to know that the deposits might not hit until later.

When I sold US tickets I never saw the deposits either, and ended up using the debit card to make it work....  they don't make it easy :)
They certainly don’t make it easy. Last time around, I had to keep hounding them to get them to issue the check. I was annoyed that it took 2-3 months after the Ottawa show to get paid, but I later learned that compared to other people, that wasn’t bad at all. It took a buddy of mine 9 months to get paid. Just crazy!
They hope u just give up.  Such a shitty business to deal with.

There are entire rows of seats for LA available at face value, non behind stage, upper bowl.  Have a feeling some people in non lower bowl seats are going to be eating their tickets at this point like we saw for a couple of the shows last year.

yah, I'm a little worried about the extra pair for Vancouver.  I guess people not familiar with back of floor might take them, but there's so many unsold platinum tickets.   Will have to try right away before TM starts discounting all the other tickets.

Don't worry, any floor sells quickly (buyer beware) I had last row floor for Ottawa rescheduled show and it sold in 1 minute. Non 10-C folks love the floor and don't look. Good luck

i’m sure this has been mentioned a bunch but getting your money from ticketmaster after selling F2F in Canada is a complete farce. You literally have to call and bug them to send a check. Then they tell you 8-12 weeks after its already been 3 months. Its as if they would have just kept my money if i didnt call lol. All that said i will be on F2F selling a couple sets for Wrigley and trying to upgrade haha.

It’s been well over a month now, so it’s time to open it up.  Maybe realize that there aren’t thousands of people in every market wanting to send $1500 for 2 people to see the band play and let everyone loyal and deserving to get their extras sold and let the actual fans in.

lol, rule number one of wealth, never spend a dollar when you can get it for .50 cents.

BTW, are you still going to rent out the east wing of McGrath Estates to me?  And can you have your kitchen staff send over the menu in advance?

A month before the show is reasonable and I think the band will face a fair amount of backlash if it's not open at least 2 weeks before the first show, which feels like where we're trending.

There's been a fair amount of backlash over multiple aspects of the ticket sales for this tour. Don't think they care 🤷🏻‍♂️
