But the appearances on shows like SNL are for the casuals or never heard of the band types. Reminding people you're still around or maybe getting new fans.I miss igotid880 -
And between the fb groups there's over 150k members. I some overlap and of course foreign members. But when it says only just over 100k was sold/streamed/downloads whatever? And some of us have like 5-12 copies because of the variants. That's probably 70% of those people that haven't purchased the album. I'm making 70% up of course. I'm sure they streamed the album or watch some on YouTube.

In other Pearl Jam-related chart news, Eddie Vedder's cover of "Save It for Later" holds at No. 40 in its ninth week on the 40-position Alternative Airplay chart. It previously peaked at No. 29.

Regardless of the affect on how many units it sells, there is still a level of prestige associated with a performance on SNL and I have to believe the band is still appreciative of that. I am sure SNL would want them.
Hope it happens. Fingers remained crossed.www.myspace.com0 -

You can't convince me Pearl Jam can't get on SNL these days. lolwww.myspace.com0 -
It's not that they can't. It's that there's not a lot in it for them, especially if they're not already in or near New York.I gather speed from you fucking with me.0

Them playing SNL in 2006 was such a highlight of that promotion cycle. HAND OF THE SEVERED"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0
