does anyone have a pending charge on their CC for a decent amount (not like a $1.00 authorization) but still no confirmation emails?
This happened to me.  The Philly charges hit my CC by early afternoon today, but I didn't receive the emails until tonight.

    Philly N1 P2

Has anyone received a rejection email?

I'm trying to understand when Ten Club members who submitted successful requests for reserved seating will know their actual seat assignments. My experience in the past was that it has been fairly close to show time but reading the FAQs, it appears like we should know in the next few days this time around. Is that right? I'm going off the following two statements:
    1. Can I confirm my seats before my credit card is charged? What if I don’t like the tickets I get? Once your request has been fulfilled, we will immediately process your credit card and assign seats.
    2. Monday, February 19 – Wednesday, February 21: Ten Club Members-Only Presale ticket confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis. Note: Tickets will not show in your Ticketmaster account until all seating assignments are finalized.
Maybe this is fairly obvious and I'm splitting hairs but do the ticket confirmations include the specific assigned seats or is that later?

You will get an email from Ticketmaster to accept your tickets and it will include the seat locations.  Once you click the link in the email, the tickets will be viewable in your Ticketmaster account.

  • Hey Everyone, I was lucky enough to be selected for Night #2 in Philly, but shutout for Night #1.  I've never had to ask before, but as a Ten Club Member how do I go about trying to purchase a single ticket to Philly Night #1 through the Forum?  I really want to attend both shows and don't have much hope for successfully getting a ticket through Ticketmaster's general public sale.  Thanks in advance for the info.

Fenway 2nd show, P1.  2 out of 4 shows, I'm pleased with that.
  • Hit P1 on all of the following:

    MSG 2
    Philly 2
    Fenway 1 & 2

my membership lapsed many years ago so probably won’t have great priority but hopefully I get lucky if there is some
type of raffle. I’ll probably wind up throwing Philly and Fenway 2.

  • I just want to know when I’ll know about where exactly Fenway p1 means. Seems like anywhere but the pit yes? Thoughts?

How is StubHub Loaded with seats if they cant be transferred and nobody know what seats they got yet

For some venues, season ticket holders of the sports teams were offered opportunities to buy tickets and those tickets are not transfer-restricted. In other cases, I wouldn’t be surprised if TM is listing some percent of the inventory hoping to get some desperate FOMO sales before the verified fan and/or F2F sales. Same thing will happen with the Premium tickets to an extent. A large number of them will not sell for the 5x markup and eventually will drop down to close to face value as the show approaches.

In any event, I would not suggest buying any secondary market or Premium tickets until after the F2F hits.
  • Did anyone grab a screenshot of the Vegas seating chart.  Looking to see P1 options.   Thank you in advance.

Was anybody charged the $10 for the commemorative tickets?  I chose this option, but the email saying I got tickets and my bank only show the charge for the tickets and not the additional $10.  I was under the assumption it charged at the same time?  Does it charge when they print/send the tickets?

GA for Wrigley for both nights. Thanks 10C
  • I got the commemorative tickets too and saw no charge, believe it will be separate, and,  if I read correctly, it is a single $10 charge, regardless of how many shows you were actually getting. So, part of there not being charges yet may be waiting for the dust to settle on how many shows folks end up getting, with declines, re-authorization issues like some folks had, etc.

Quick GA ticket Question.... is there anyone who got GA for a city with two shows, but only got GA for one of the two nights? Not inlcuding Vancouver BC. Just curious.

Omg rang my bank twice so my payment would go out and my bank didn't clear payment so have now lost my tickets. Hate asb.  Anyone else had this problem? Also have non-refundable airfares and hotel.

Yes I have exactly the same issue with ASB.  Confirmed tickets via email, then a pending transaction that has now disappeared.  ASB let me know that they would authorise the transaction.

I have let Ticketmaster, Ten Club and ASB know now and hopefully something can be done to get the transaction to clear.

Will keep you updated and if you could do the same, that would be great.  Hopefully these tickets will come through.

28 year fan club member here with significant seniority. Got MSG 2 P2 seating. Feel fortunate to "be in the building" but extremely disappointed that someone who joined the fan club a month ago could have gotten GA or P1 seating ahead of me. Just doesn't feel right after all the years of loyalty and $ spent.
What incentive would anyone have to join the fan club if they knew they would have the lowest chances of getting tickets to a show? There are people who were children in the '90s and early 2000s who discovered Pearl Jam as they grew into adolescence and adulthood. It's their fan club, too.
Respectfully, that is what the lottery is for!! Everyone has equal chance of getting tickets. That's fair. I'm only referencing the P2 option at MSG. Most other venues only had GA pr P1 option which is perfect.  If you win, seniority kicks in and there you have it. Like philadelphia
There used to be rows held back and distributed without regard to seniority-- as I recall, the 2nd, 8th and 9th rows were among these seats-- so it isn't necessarily new that someone with less seniority could end up with better seats than someone with greater seniority.

By the way, with a low member number in P2, you'll probably be near the front of an upper section close to the stage, whereas the newbie with the P1 seat will be either at the back of the floor or in a section opposite the stage, much farther away than you.
If i recall correctly. It was Rows 1-2, and 9,10 that were random draw?  The band was getting a little tired of the same faces up front every show.
You're probably right. The only time I ever won this upgrade was for an Eddie solo show at the Wiltern in L.A. I got to sit in the second row but it was bittersweet because 80 percent of the band was missing.

At the infamous Nassau Coliseum show in April 2003, we were in line to pick up our fan club seats when a girl came walking up from the direction of the ticket windows in happy tears. We asked her if she was crying because she won the lottery. She said no, but that she had asked at the sales window if there were any tickets available to buy and she got a front-row seat. My friend and I were like, "Wait, what?" We pooled our available cash, and he went up to the sales window while I stayed in line. He was able to buy 3rd-row seats. Our fan-club seats (108xxx) ended up being in the 26th row. Still not sure what the hell was going on with those tickets that night but, needless to say, we kept the 3rd-row seats and had a close-up view of the shitstorm that erupted with "Bu$hleaguer."
And A shit storm it was.  Saw many shows at the old Nassau Coliseum!! Lived 20 minutes from the venue. First U2 show in 1987. Still have the tour shirt. Great story BTW
I love how they followed it up with "Know Your Rights!"

Most of the cities have the day off (NYC and LA being the exceptions in NA), most likely for band rest.
    This weekend we rock Portland

Oops thanks just checked the tour dates and didn’t realize that was happening in other indoor shows as well. Honestly I had only focused on the shows I had a chance of attending.

Its almost impossible to do. There are couple of options

    1. If you are both going to each show anyway and its RES seats for both you could just walk into the arena together. GA for RES trades a bit harder since you have different entrances and time to get into the venue
    2. You trust a stanger with your login so they can get in
    3. You time a fan to fan drop in the middle of the night and risk someone else grabbing them
