anyway, I'm sure you've got people helping out but flick me a message if you want any suggestions/have any questions.
No, I don't have any help, it's just me. I suppose I was being optimistic because when I started looking at the weather last November it showed that a heatwave rolled in right after my trip would end. I guess I also have to consider i's not going to be a El Nino year, too. I suppose I should go back to the mall and buy those awesome jeans I saw for PJ evening attire!
I was swimming in the Great Barrier Reef
Animals were hiding behind the Coral
    Except for little Turtle
I could swear he's trying to talk to me

It has bikini bottoms to match in case I need to break out into an emergency swim!

I can't wait to wear this to PJ - NZ!

I have to say I'm pretty proud of myself.. have to keep costs down in order to go.
Have booked all my flights except one short Mel-Syd and I'm only  out of pocket $377 USD.
Southwest.. Hawaiian.. Delta..Jetstar... and Virgin Au.

Chances one takes.. as this will be my 5th trip over and my 60th birthday in July I agree no better time.... flights rarely sell out non- peak travel so there was no hurry.

This will be my 6th trip to Australia and I turned 60 in January....we share a birth year with Ed.
And my third tour in Aus after Avocado and Backspacer.

I'm doing the two Auckland shows spending some time with my niece who lives there and taking her to her first PJ show Auckland 2.
Then Gold Coast with a bunch of cousins from Brisbane.

So getting super excited now... :)B)

Absolutely up for that mate! Although I will be almost 61 by then!

I would be keen to meet up for a drink. I too wanted to do Melbourne as well but that would mean compromising my time with the family in Brisbane. But I may still decide to join you for Melbourne.

I will contact you sooner the time so that we can have that celebratory drink and perhaps Mr Vedder can join lol!

FYI for people traveling to NZ from other countries.... the price of NZeTA goes way up after Oct 1... buy now if you haven't already. USE THE Official APP... beware other web pages that will charge more.
  • App was really easy.
