So I'm sitting on the s******. You know , where all the best ideas come from. Like "Running", hahaha.

Suddenly, I have an epiphany. A dawning. A sudden realization! Your name means NZ as in New Zealand!

I stand (sit) corrected -  you must be New Zealand's #1 fan!

those people in the background probably don’t realise they’re in the midst of greatness!

If those people were arriving themselves yesterday, they were probably too jet-lagged to notice; at least if they were anything like me yesterday.

The band could have walked up to me and slapped me and I doubt I would have noticed. :D

    You made NZ yet @Spunkie?
    Nope, wheels up today tho.

I have time to figure out the BritoMart to go media train. Hopefully there will be a crowd I can follow! Thank you @bazzer

Depending on what time you are heading there, there will be loads of people/signs to follow.

Ha my mate did-he took the pic while waiting for someone. They were 1m from him apparently-he wanted to ask Ed for a pick but didn't want to push it. Jetlag/long haul flights could well make anyone grumpy-I know that as well as anyone.
    Kudos to him!

Unless they started signing or chatting to others I’d stay a distance away.

I remember in 2015 they were on the same flight as me to Santiago. We walked passed them in the terminal on the way off the plane. No way I am going to try to talk to them after an overnight flight.  A wave and “looking forward to show” is the most I would do.

You aren’t giving me warm and fuzzy feelings about arriving morning of show.

It was either allow for more days upfront and skip Sydney, or arrive show day.  Good thing is that it forces me to stay up the first night.

    Dude. It's not a competition!

But if it were, with few exceptions, I've been wearing a different PJ shirt to work every day since they announced the concerts. I WFH sometimes and I'm going to just make it. Next week I can wear some new ones! 🤣

Really like that skate deck.  I just don’t want to drag it around the airports on way home.

It is a competition, and looks like you won.

I’m wearing my Pearl Jam x Volcom t-shirt tomorrow, though, and tossing up whether to wear a Citizen Dick shirt or my 90 the Original shirt I got last month at Easy Street, where I met Mike who was record shopping.

Reckon Ed will head to Wellington on Saturday safe in the knowledge that I won't be in town... or to appear with crowded house.

It's gonna be shitty weather there.

with Liam in support for the Auckland shows there's a reasonable chance his dad and/or uncle pops up..

Crowded House are on tour and are playing in Welly on Sat, so we know Liam will be back and forth, but you'd think unlikely anyone else?? Who knows?? One thing for sure - odds for HABIT are high!

Slightly overcast, high of 22 or so.  Gonna be warm for my 6:40pm game of seven-a-side at Seddon Fields.  No rain over the coming days - Friday show looks perfect.

They’ve played it safe in Melbourne with Marvel being an indoor venue.

Never seen Habit live so will take it. Wonder if Neil would get on for Got To Give-that song sounds 100% like he wrote it.

Had the same thought the first listen.  At least the intro before the Who influence takes over.

Shows should be interesting if Trump wins.  Some angry Ed.
