I had an amazing time. “Unplugged” Black was awesome! I had rail right in front of Jeff and I can’t add much more to what has already been said. Go is one one my favorites so I was thrilled to hear that one. MYM was really high energy. Got a few Mike picks. Ready to do it all again Saturday. Still hoping for Undone though.

Wow! This is amazing! Love these photos. GO is one of my faves too.... who doesn't love yelling FUCK (LOL) at the top of your lungs along with Eddie. Ha! Thanks for sharing! Will you be in Texas?
Thanks. It was fun. I will be at all 4 Texas - 3 GA. Can’t wait.

    So fun!
We have GA on Friday in DFW. How about you?
Yes. I have GA for Friday in FW and both Austins. I have an amazing seat for Wednesday in FW.

you know, I know Ed wants to be Pete Townshend, but maybe he'd have more "wind" if he wasn't playing guitar on some of the songs. They have two guitarists and Josh. Just sing and save your energy.

That was happening… he played the intro for Porch, but once the song kicked in he handed his guitar off to a tech.

Was chatting with friends who were there last night. It was the first time either of them had seen Pearl Jam; they’re both talking like it was the second coming. It’s hard for me to get fresh perspectives on live Pearl Jam - basically everyone in my life has seen them - and it was delightful listening to them talk about the show.

Nope, Ed de-aged his voice by 25 years.
  • Nobody’s mentioned Ed’s tribute try to Pee-Wee during DotC, haha. The up on the toes, fingers together twice in front, twice in back dance move. It was hilarious. He got up for a sec and had the arms flailing then fell out laughin. Hopefully there’s a vid and somebody can create the vine meme of it for this thread.

  • 17th show and it exceeded expectations.  Better than St. Paul 2014 IMO.

Highlights:  Indifference opener.  Black.  I'm Open.  Insignificance.  SOLAT.  Encore was solid top to bottom.  Crowd seemed energized for a Thursday night.  Band was tight and the sound was crisp in the Xcel.  Deep Sea Diver was legit as an opener.

Lowlights:  Buckle Up.  Seven O'Clock.  Both drained the energy right when the crowd seemed ready to explode.

    Ready for St. Paul 2.
    Opener prediction:  Release
Hoping for:  Long Road, Jeremy, Chloe/Crown of Thorns, In My Tree, Hold On, Once

Funny you mention Seven O'Clock because there was someone in GA near me who had a shirt asking for it and got it signed by Jeff. Also agree with you on Dead Sea Diver.

  • So is the 02 on the left sleeve of the hockey jersey a mistake?      There is a 31 on the right sleeve and a 23 on the back of the sweater... so I thought it would have been 08 on the left sleeve to represent  08/31/23  - date of the show.    Instead it is 02  on the left.   31  on the right and 23 on the back.     Unless it represents something else?   With the 31 on the other sleeve i thought it must be show date related.....
