Wow, you’ve been through a lot lately Speedy.  If my dad was any indication, finding the right meds and then dosage  can be quite a long and frustrating journey.  I hope your pathway is an easier and quicker one.  It sounds like you’ve got a good support system at home and in your doctor.  You are already doing the right thing and listening to your body and trusting your instincts.  You’re still here and hopefully you will be for a long time yet.  ((((Hugs))))

Listening to my body was actually pretty simple. Because for the 2nd time in 16 months, I knew if I didn't go walk into an emergency room, I was going to be dead in a matter of days.
YIKES!!!

Looks like we are heading in the right direction with the medication. I feel SO MUCH BETTER than i did a week ago.

Yes they ended giving my section 113 9th row I can’t wait to see my daughters face 😀 it’s her 1st time seeing them, she loves all the hippie bands and goes to a ton of festivals so this should be a bit different for her! Hope you have a safe rest of summer! You’ve been through a lot

Well, after 4 weeks since the surgery, Im finally going to start some kind of therapy on my left hand. 
Because who knew, that open heart surgery, was going to leave my left hand 90% paralyzed?

But the doctors, the nurse practitioners, the surgeon and everyone else involved acts like its no big deal. I mean they act like ITS NO BIG DEAL.

They all say, oh that is somewhat common, and within 4-6 weeks you should be back to normal.

well, if it's not permanent, I could see why they think it's no big deal. My dad got the same "attitude" when he had Bells Palsy.

Yep just keep listening to your doctors and physical therapist that’s the way back to some form of normalcy! You listened to your body now it’s time to listen to the pro’s

But in good news.
My sisters sent me a fruit basket Monday. I'm not going to question why it took 5 weeks to acknowledge the fact that their only living brother survived open heart surgery. I'm just going to enjoy the pineapple, strawberries, and melon.
