Face Value Ticket Exchange (F2F)

Looking for Indy lawn (or reserved, though it doesn't matter) seats. Appreciate in advance for any and all help!

Will we get re-imbursed for these tickets after the show? Ticketmaster FAQ says 8 business days after sale or 5-8 business days after the event if barcode,

No one is positive yet. Last year it was 5-8 business days after the show. If I remember correctly, TM also said 5-8 days after point of sale last year, which turned out to be incorrect.

I'm sure someone will know better than me on this - but I would at least act as if you weren't getting reimbursed until the end of September.

In 2020 before the tour was postponed, we were getting paid 5-8 days after the sale.  I hope they've went back to that instead of having to wait until after the show.  I upgraded my seats for the first St. Paul show 3 times yesterday.  It would be nice to have that money back next week vs September.

I am looking to upgrade my St Paul Night 2 seats.

Last year, every event (not just PJ) didn't pay out until after the show. That was a policy they started for all ticket resales when covid hit. However, starting back in October, I started getting paid about a week after I made the sale again. Hopefully, that will be the case for F2F as well. Not sure why it wouldn't be.

My sale from yesterday shows "Payout Sent" under "My Listings / Sold", and then it reads, "We'll deposit your payout typically within 5-7 business days. Some limitations apply."  Money is not in the account yet, but I think this means we are getting paid soon.

Yes, but seats 1 and 2 (so farther from the stage) but at least they are aisle, which I'm going to assume you are into!

Can't help you with St. Paul, but if you'd be willing to part with your lawn seats without guarantee of upgraded St. Paul, I will take you up on that offer.

thanks. didn't work for me. I called and they said they didn't see any purchase attempts on my account. Weird since I had tickets in my cart 3-4 times yesterday and got this error when I hit purchase.

Yes, 13-year streak.

I'm on that aisle already, in 114. So, even though yours are further down, that wouldn't really improve me much. But thanks!

Now the F2F option doesn't even show up in the filters anymore (was there all night, up until about an hour ago). Hoping this isn't going to be a prolonged outage.

I was on the phone with them for about 15 minutes.  I told them that I'm able to purchase regular standard tickets for shows but when it's a Fan 2 Fan ticket that's when I get the error code. I'd try calling them back again if it keeps happening.

I had this happen a few times as well.  I noticed that when you actually put the tickets in your "cart," there is no timer counting down the amount of time that you have to finish the transaction.  I have a feeling that if they are in your cart, they may be in other's carts as well.  Whoever gets through the transaction first purchases the tickets.  Maybe I am wrong, but I am almost certain I did not see a timer like I do with other TM transactions.
