    Hope this turns out to be a glitch and the hard charge posts correctly, but I just got double-charged for a single.

    Got locked out again. Went from my phone to my MacBook logging out of my phone and instantly locked me out. Lame.

    Companies of Ticketmaster's size don't have the problems Ticketmaster regularly does as often as Ticketmaster does. Too many glitches and never in the consumer's favor. Their reputation is well earned.

    Had that happen to me too. It took about 15 minutes, but I finally got a receipt showing the correct amount.

    Sorry to hear that. I have been checking on my phone and going really slow after they locked me out last time. I’m sure I will miss out on good seats not being able to refresh super fast but I don’t want to get locked out again. Are you still able to use your phone.
