So a couple rows closer but now off to the side instead of center stage. I didn't go backwards, so I'm happy.

Everyone going to Ft. Worth should definitely look at some pics of how small that place is. Only a 14000 seaterPost edited by greenwoodlogan102498 on0

So it seems like they increased the number of 10C tickets and moved them back in exchange for letting the closer seats sell as premium. Does that sound accurate?
My seats are ok, however I’m 177xxx. Just seems like 10C tix are, in general, a lot further back and higher up than in the past.I am lost, I'm no guide, but I'm by your side0 -

Dealing with TM directly with this VF bullshit has become impossible.. so I'll take the 10C route0

What premium seats were in the verified fan sale? I vividly remember in 2020 getting waitlisted, being late to use my code and still got lower bowl seats behind the stage. I picked between those and lower bowl further from the stage.0

I have tickets for Chicago night two that are behind the stage, thirteen rows up. Has anyone sat behind the stage and know what to expect? Thanks for the help!Post edited by chadk onChadd0

Unreal. To be honest I have been in the ten club for 25 years because historically you could just about count on great concert tickets.
That’s not true anymore. And, maybe that’s just “life in the big city.” No regrets, my friends and I had a great run for two and a half decades.
It’s math. 😀
A normal tour is 30 or so shows?
This one is 9.
Same fan base.
Chicago is a big city with a big busy airport that is easy to get to from anywhere.
Supply and demand are undefeated.
I would like to see 10c offer a coordinated opportunity to donate unwanted fan club tickets to charitable organizations like Vettix.org.0 -
I think we were mislead regarding ten club seats. The "We are committed to getting more inventory into the hands of Ten Club members and the only way to add more tickets is to go higher up" is bullshit cya statement that doesn't explain why seniority seating for most (not all) was way worse than historically done. These are easily the worst seats I've ever received. Before GA I used to get row 10-15 main floor. Post GA I'd get first two sections on side of stage. Always awesome seats. For Austin I have 108 and FL9 with a 197xxx number. 30+ ten club shows and I've never been anywhere near this far back. FL9?? c'mon! Save the more demand comments because that doesn't apply to seniority seating unless a couple thousand people with a number lower than me decided to go to Austin than the past 30 shows I've attended.
Other question I have is why were much better seats available on verified fan at face value? My buddy picked up 104 row 2 for Ft. Worth for same price as ten club. How were these not allocated to fan club member?? How many more great seats like these did they sell at face to non fan club?
IMO, top things affecting seating quality:
1. PJ premium more than 10% and only the best seats
2. Ability to resell seats on F2F creates a lot of false demand
3. GA/Reserved option should be GA only. Again, more false demand. combined with F2F, guessing a lot of GA or bust type people put in for this option knowing they could sell them if they didn't get GA.
4. Show priority didn't seem to play a role in lottery (nobody should get tickets with a lower show priority than someone with higher priority for same seat choice and show. A lot of data to support it didn't work like this.
To fix:
1. Be more transparent. Before sale starts, show a seat map color coding ten club seats and pj premium seats so at least we understand actual allocation. If I see 90% of the seats in the first 3 sections side of stage are PJ premium, I have a pretty good understanding I will not be in those sections.
2. Go back to a Reserve Only option.
2. Each seat type and show date combination are a priority selection. Fill all priority requests before moving to next priority. Once you reach a priority number where requests exceed remaining allotment, those seats are done via lottery. Anyone with lower priority doesn't get seats.
3. Get rid of F2F. Can't make the show, eat the tickets. Sorry, but that's a right you give up to purchase the best seats at face value.
But I really think the culprit of most problems was the introduction of PJ Premium. The fan club members really got screwed by this. I'd rather take my chance of not getting seats (less ten club allocation) but knowing they will be the best seats rather than a better chance/guarantee to get seats but knowing there's no chance they'll be anywhere near best seats. Either direction, they will sell out every arena but they know charging premium for best seats is how they make more money....at the expense of fan club members. Green disease is alive and well at camp PJ.
Sorry for long post/rant but never been so disappointed in how this band handled the tickets.

this song is meant to be called i got shit, itshould be called i got shit tickets-hartford 06 -0 -
I honestly think we should go back to only one single allowable show selection per tour like in the old days. I empathize with folks who like to travel with the band, but it really screwed over local club members like myself who only hit one show per tour.

Not easy agreeing with Sparty but have to here. Pj premium is still the main problem in this equation for 10c members.0
