Are we sure this is the end of the timeline?

I'm still waiting to hear something, anything. Not impressed this time with the process or communication.

I’m glad I didn’t even try for tix. This sounds like a mess.

St. Paul, Excel Energy Center, Saturday show: I went from okay seats--Sec 108, row 2 (I requested lower bowl).
to these seats--Sec 204, row 3. (Are they worse? Likely. But we will wait to judge).
I hope there are 10,000 fan club members who have longer tenure than I, with better seats.

Long Live Rock! See You All there! Still Stoked.

Didn't get either shows I requested.  Are they done sending out emails for shows? Also, when I check the site using my receipts it states it is an invalid receipt number.  What a poor experience.

I got the first email saying I got tix for Indy.. was supposed to get another email to claim tix but never got it. Been waiting 2 days.. card was charged. Anyone else still waiting on the 2nd email?

Did this finish? Looks like Indy lawn barely went to anyone, and no emails to those who lost have been sent....

Good question, hoping to find out too. I sent an email last night to TicketsToday about it. So far all I have received is the "thanks for contacting us, we will get back to you" response email.

I did get a second email today "Update on Your Ticket Request", but very little info in that email except saying all requests have now been processed. My take on the second email regarding "instructions to claim your tickets" wasn't necessarily going to be right away, so sit tight!

@Sea, any word on timeline for people who had their cards denied, but put in the request today?  I assume those would be addressed before the Verified Fan sale?  (TM said that we had to have the request done by 5PM Pacific today, so I am thinking the draw is after that?)

I have tried to remain patient during this whole process, but now Tickets Today has confirmed (at least for Austin) that seats were totally random and the seats available for 10C were evenly split with the Verified Fan on sale, and this is not even counting the 10% that were held back for premium that was communicated to us.

Almost everyone that had seats reassigned became significantly worse and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they screwed up and assigned seats to 10C folks that were meant either for premium and/or held back for other on sale opportunities. My patience has officially run out, this whole things has soured me to a point that is really sad.

It was communicated that more seats were available and spread throughout the venues, but at least in the case of Chicago it appears that the entire 10C has been moved to the 300 level.  The lack of transparency and communication about this debacle is the most frustrating part of the whole thing.

I can confirm I'm not in the 300 level, however I did get moved back significantly in the reassignment.  I'm #177xxx

Yep. And problem with that js, most of us may have got those or better then we did get with Gen public on sale. I got worst seats I’ve ever had for Chicago. Always around the hockey blue line closest to stage. This time I got the further blue line, then moved back to the back of arena.

What are some of us getting out of 10c anymore? Ticket priority and good seats gone. Vinyl Xmas single gone. Analog membership bennies soon gone.

...and that's what's wild, I personally know multiple people with 5 digit 10C numbers that are in the 300's after the reassignment of seats.

It is crazy and does not make sense.  I'd love to see the process used.
