The Ten Club presale will now end Wednesday, April 26.

Ten Club Members-Only Ticket Request Confirmations will be sent out on a show-by-show basis over the course of 3 days, beginning Monday, April 24 and ending Wednesday, April 26.

Fan-to-Fan Exchange will be enabled sometime in May

Eligibility Requirements: Only paid members active as of Wednesday, April 19 are eligible to participate in this presale. New memberships and membership renewals purchased after April 19 are not considered eligible for this presale.

How about someone clarifying why priority meant jack squat this time, and TC failed to make this huge change clear ahead of time?

Ten Club, please say something about the priority situation and why people got St. Paul and other cities as their 3rd, 4th, and 5th priorities and I and many others got nothing with it as our 1st priorities.

The priority issue really needs to be addressed along with the seating issues.  I did not receive Chicago night 2 tickets with 1st priority but many others getting them with lower priorities.  I really hope this issue is being looked at as well.

Thank you @Sea. It’s just very upsetting to get shut out of shows I had set as priority 1 and 2 when others got tickets with the shows listed as priorities 5, 6, 7 etc. Difficult to understand.

Getting harder to trust this system. Ticketbastard is corrupt as hell. I wish there was another alternative to not using them.

At first glance it looks like they are fixing the issue with people that missed out with Chicago and a first priority. People having an unfulfilled result are being fulfilled. Hopefully this continues.

This seems accurate. Except I had it as my 2nd priority and just got notified. GA/Reserved option only.

did anyone get an email from the start i never received an email that i was in the running emailed tm and they said due to high demand we will know by midnight tonight est!! I never receved an email regarding i was in lottery did anyone else???

so as a member from 2002 the first go around gave me good tickets for my second choice.  i was ok with it.  then when they decided to change everyones tickets, I got my first choice night but much worse tickets.   I don't get it.

Same issue here...surprised to be in the rafters just about as far from the stage as possible.

Honestly, after how horrible yesterday went. Thank you for doing SOMETHING. Even if the seats aren’t the best. It’s a tiny tour. Demand is crazy. The fact everyone’s requests are being fulfilled after what happened is awesome.

I just want to remind everyone that Mercury is in Retrograde. The Planet Mercury affects communication. I know this whole mess-up is frustrating and TM sucks! PJ doesn't come to MN very often. It's been 9 years and I know for other cities it has been much longer. I am grateful for 10 Club. Not many other bands have a fan club. To be able to get priority seating over the public is wonderful, even if it's been difficult. Just trying to point out the positives. I love this band. I would not be here without them.

I got email yesterday that I got my tickets. Worst I’ve ever had at UC. Then today I got same email and my seats changed to even worse

Confirmation of registration never came for me, even after they advised, after a ticket, they would re-send it.
Never got email today just saw 2 deductions on my credit card account from Tickets Today, today.
A fellow 10C member got email, UC night 1 nosebleeds.

I think TicketMaster has set this up, as they own this whole platform, Verified, Verified Resale, to maximize their good tickets and thus profit.

Please address why members are being told seniority was not taken into account for seat assignments.  This is contrary to the explanation of benefits on the web-site.

Explanation of paid membership benefits:

I do not understand how we can go from good seats for Chicago night 1 as of yesterday and be re-assigned to the 300 level today as a Ten Club member. It is great to at least be in the building but cannot say we are not very disappointed with the new, odd seat selection.

Well today I got my reassigned seats based on my membership #27xxx and guess what they are worse then my original assignment section 215! Today I got section 303 this is totally unacceptable they should of just left me in section 215, can someone from 10C please look into why this has happened?

Damn!  I'll quit my bitching about getting pushed back 9 rows in Indy!  While trying to fix the seniority seating, they must have accidentally done it in reverse order.

I’m so pissed and bummed out totally a mind F, I can’t believe 10C is letting this go down like this! I feel terrible cause I told my daughter that we would probably get better seats based on email sent out last night and now I’ve got to tell her we have worse seats. If this is the way 10C is choosing to do business with tickets this for sure will be the last time I try and won’t be seeing this band again!

Been saying this for 10+ years now.  And mostly due to the fact they are quite on the topic while fans are flipping out.  At least address the issue and say "Something/We f-ed up, but it's too complicated to fix", but instead we get nothing.
