No. So I feel like I'm being charged for something I didn't agree to even though they can argue a reserved seat could be a toilet in the 300 level next to the Big Star taco stand.Red 81 said:
did you select behind stage or restricted view option?JonnieChimpo said:
I have behind the stage in 321, 13 rows up in Chicago N1. How could verified presale not have something better? I have almost the worst seat in the building.Discopij said:I hope nobody is expecting better opportunities with TM sale ... PJ Premium prices will be astonishingly high (think $1,000 per ticket) and there will be no verified fan tickets better than any of the 10C seats0 -
We pay a lot of attention to numbers with a bunch of xxx's at the end, but has anybody wondered if we really know what they mean today? If you are now 662 and had one previously that you let lapse, wouldn't all of our numbers bump up one everytime someone lower lapsed? I'm not sold that we truly know the value of being 345xxx or 470xxx or 538xxx.chester0711 said:
I am 662XXX and I got mine in 2016 (let lapse from 1998 , doh!)J Shandler said:
Whatever. Half the 600xxx+ are scalpers who just bought memberships last year. Wake up dopeymdbhound25 said:
How ridiculous is this comment. Some left and came back for various reasons. Some are new fans. Fight entitlement and being old and bitter.J Shandler said:If guy have a membership number of 600xxx + stop posting. Just stop, nobody cares
It seems the more recent are in the 700XXX's
Not a very important thought as relates to the issues of today, but just a general thought, esp. with the weight some people put on their own importance because of a certain number.Mansfield 6/30/08

I wasn't expecting much since I just joined 10c earlier this year. That being said, I got a pair of lawns for Deer Creek and section 222, row 4 for Chicago N2. These are the only two shows I requested. It's actually more than I expected. No TM on sale rodeo for me.Membership 737xxx0

We all have the emails with our original seat assignment. Make note of those seats. Let's see how many of them become Platinum.___________________________________________

A lot of people posted 100/200 level seats. I got 100 level for both Chicago nights. 300 level aren't bad seats if you're closer to the stage and not too far up.JimmyV said:So, with the dust settling...

Indeed I did well all things considered. I was dreading the TM on sale. Would have been very bummed if I couldn't score tickets to my home town (Indy) show.

I'm certain the front row behind the pit seats I had will certainly go for $1,000 plus/each.JimmyV said:We all have the emails with our original seat assignment. Make note of those seats. Let's see how many of them become Platinum.
I'll get to walk past whoever buys those tickets whenever I step out to catch a view of the band.1995.07.09 - 1995.07.11 - 1998.06.27 - 1998.06.29 - 2000.10.08 - 2000.10.09 - 2003.06.18 - 2003.06.21 - 2006.05.16 - 2006.05.17 - 2006.06.30 - 2007.08.05 - 2008.08.21 (ev solo) - 2009.08.24 - 2011.06.28 (ev solo) - 2011.09.03 - 2013.07.19 - 2016.08.22 - 2018.08.18 - 2022.02.09 (ev w/ earthlings) - 2023.09.050 -

That's not what I said. Where did I say that? I think that commitments that this band has made should be honored. If they wanted to change the rules, then they should have told us before we made our purchase decisions.J Shandler said:
You’re 100% correct. All these 520xxx people should never sniff a ticket before you. And you should have the best seats in the housepjalli said:I know it seems like "first world problems" to be complaining about this, but part of the deal in paying these membership dues for 30 years was access to tickets and seniority based seating. They have stripped away many of the fan club perks through the years, it's not worth lamenting that right now, but supposedly the ticketing advantages were still part of the membership. That's what they sold us. That's what it says in the ticketing post for this tour.
My number is 58xxx. I have been shut out of all recent shows where I live (NYC). This tour I put in for Austin 1 first priority, shut out. Austin 2 second priority, section 212. This is not working. It's expensive to fly to Texas for one show, and I wouldn't have bought seats in that section. What an absolute joke this all is.
If they wanted to change the rules, it's their right to do that. But the lack of transparency is wrong, bad business, and extremely disappointing. I guess when they handed the Ten Club over to Ticketmaster we all knew we were going to be fucked, I just naively thought that this band would try to prevent that from happening.0 -
In this new era using TM for F2F and more, it’s a good thing they are doing it IMO.MickeyMouse said:
You don’t need to assign the seats right away. The tickets are already blocked off from the sale. PJ literally used to wait until the night of the show to give you tickets. It’s not necessary to do before the on sale.JP218404 said:
Yes there is. There is an on sale date. TransparencyMickeyMouse said:This is also a great example of technology NOT making something better. There is no reason to do seat assignments this quick for shows that are months away.Marquee 91
