For the people that are reassigned, are you getting an email that says reassignment?  Or, is it the same type of email that says you scored tickets just with a new seat assignment?
Same email as the day before, just tickets are confirmed.  there was just an email late last night saying there would be a seat reassignment.

I’m in the same section same night but my number is in 400,000 range.  I’m thinking some more seat adjustments are coming.

For those who didn't get Chicago tickets and only care about being in the building, I wouldn't sweat it.

SO many people got 300-level seats and will release those on the fan exchange.

It's hard to justify the travel expenses and time off of work and away from family for seats like that. It's just not the same experience up there.

I know I'll be releasing my two pairs.
There is no F2F for Chicago.
Of course there is F2F for Chicago. Just because you can transfer tix doesn't mean there is no F2F

Expecting worseticketstoday. I had pretty good reserved tickets (Sec A Row W) for Indy as my only show choice. High ten club number due to a 12 year gap somewhere along the way.

Sandwiches:  potbelly wreck on wheat add peppers.
Sec A Row W to Sec D Row F. About a 15 row move back and now wide wide left.
Out of curiosity what is your member #?  Didn't have tickets yesterday, but was confirmed Sec D Row F today with member # 196xxx.

Misery Loves Company.  Glad to have company here.  I'll be honest, I never thought my seats would be WORSE.  They were bad, and then I get a huge downgrade?  Not sure how this is possible.

    10C #294000

Chicago Night 1: Original seats Section 108 Row 16.  Reassignment Section 205 Row 3.  This was my Priority #2.
Chicago Night 2: Original seats Section 104 Row 7.  Reassignment Section 334 Row 2.  This was my Priority #1.

Night 1 is rough, I know I was far away, but now I'm even further.  Night 2, may actually be better seats.  Up higher, but closer to the stage.  I usually try for this section to see Bulls Games, so I think I'll be ok with the Night 2 seats.  Even in Nashville last year I got a Section 115, Row 12.  I'm usually in those first few sections next to the stage........but I guess not anymore.

But if you are selling 2350 Premium seats, then that is the first 15 rows of sections 121, 122, 101, 102, 113, 112, 111, 110.  So basically all of the good seats in the LOWER BOWL is now not going to 10C, but to Platinum Pricing.  10% doesn't sound like much, but it is a majority of the lower bowl and all 10C seats get moved behind these "new" 2350 Premium seats.

Too bad.  Not sure if 10C membership still makes sense if this is the path forward.  Will have to see if this continues.
Yes it's a combo of 1) most of the good seats going to PJ Premium, 2) more of the rest of the seats than normal going to 10C so people are getting much worse than normal and 3) some specifically ridiculously wrong assignments for high seniority people

I know it seems like "first world problems" to be complaining about this, but part of the deal in paying these membership dues for 30 years was access to tickets and seniority based seating. They have stripped away many of the fan club perks through the years, it's not worth lamenting that right now, but supposedly the ticketing advantages were still part of the membership. That's what they sold us. That's what it says in the ticketing post for this tour.

My number is 58xxx. I have been shut out of all recent shows where I live (NYC). This tour I put in for Austin 1 first priority, shut out. Austin 2 second priority, section 212. This is not working. It's expensive to fly to Texas for one show, and I wouldn't have bought seats in that section. What an absolute joke this all is.

If they wanted to change the rules, it's their right to do that. But the lack of transparency is wrong, bad business, and extremely disappointing. I guess when they handed the Ten Club over to Ticketmaster we all knew we were going to be fucked, I just naively thought that this band would try to prevent that from happening.

This is crazy and I’m sorry that happened. I had Austin as my first and second priority and got GA for n2 and 200s for n1 with a 700x number.

I don’t understand how it’s possible that you didn’t get anything for n1 when it was your first priority and other people like myself got them as second priority or lower.

Seniority should be the first criteria for tix and seating. Those that have been the fan club since the early 90s should never get shut out and should get the best seats, always. People that bought memberships last month shouldn’t even be in the running for tix in a 5-city tour.
I hope everyone with low numbers is getting tix, and good tix
I've been a member for a fair number of years, since 2006. Had membership originally in 95. But I disagree wholeheartedly. It's to get in the lottery for tickets. Seniority kicks in when you win a ticket. New fans from the past few years should get their chance to see the band. Otherwise we're only going to have a bunch of us old geezers showing up to these shows. Remember....all that's sacred, comes from youth.
Agree to disagree. Us “old geezers” have paid membership for 30 years. We stuck with band and supported them for decades. New fans can buy tix throughTM. Especially on such a short tour. If it were a 30 city tour maybe I could see…

    St Paul Night 2
    Yesterday Sec 115, Row 4
    Today Sec 114 Row 7

A little surprised to be moved further from the stage and up with a relatively decent number, but it is what is. Looking forward to September.

This makes zero sense! I am 200xxx and got Sec 116 row 5 for St. P 2. Your number is better than mine and you are 2, 2!, sections over... This whole thing man...

So we just eat the money for our terrible seats?
They are transferable, so you can sell them to whomever you want.

Card declined on St P. just now How do I find out if they were good tix or not? lol IF they were GA I want them! I know its on me
Watch your email closely. They will probably reach out and give you a chance to enter new payment information with a short window to do so.

GA is probably not the case. All those were dished out already. Today has all been reserved.

Indy, Sec H. Better than nothing. Very happy. Regardless of what happened, kudos to the 10 Club for working on this issue. I'm sure we only know 1/3 of what went down behind the scenes.

I don't understand how everyone got moved back in Chicago and the majority of new tix today are 200 and 300 level?  I'd be ok if someone with higher seniority got my tix from yesterday, but it seems like we all just got moved back.
Maybe they cut a deal with TM, if you give us 5k more tix for our fan club we will move everyone back a section or 2 and give you those better seats?  Just a theory.........
I saw nothing for Chicago N1 yesterday, and today I got seats in the lower bowl (102) and I was moved for N2 from (101) to (103) after the reassignment. My number is 140xxx currently (was 48xxx until the club screwed it up on a renewal in the 90s).

Wohoooo! Just got confirmed for the two shows I put requests in for - Chicago 2 RES (Sec 313, row 12)  and Noblesville RES (Sec SECF, row Y)! I am super happy with these, especially since I thought we would not get any. Member number starts with 460. Thank you to whoever fixed the issues!

This and the fact that I had section 215 for Chicago N2 when I signed up for verified fans and it's now too late to edit that.  I was bumped to section 309 which is significantly worse and my only option to upgrade would be through a secondary market. I've been a dedicated fan to this band for 30 years and it's a punch to the gut to go to bed with good seats only to have this happen today.
