Didn't TC warn us seats would be further back in the arenas. Scoring more tickets for fan club members = worse seats for fan club members. Agree w/ complaints of good numbers being behind more recent members, but overall they basically told us you might get 300 level tix to get fan club members into the building. Damned if you do, damned if you don't i guess. (Overall agree that this lotto system has not functioned right and some people have very good gripes, but if you want to see PJ on this tour, looks like you can be in the same room as them. that should be celebrated).
Cant wait to see all those Premium seats show up for 800 each.. sigh
I feel very fortunate. Got both shows I requested (St Paul). GA for 8/31 and Section 217 for 9/2 (originally 112 before reassignment). I'm planning to get on the Verified Fan and try to upgrade the seating for 9/2. If I can do that by some miracle I can do the Fan2Fan with the old tickets.
I hope nobody is expecting better opportunities with TM sale ... PJ Premium prices will be astonishingly high (think $1,000 per ticket) and there will be no verified fan tickets better than any of the 10C seats
No e-mails yesterday. Overnight I saw my request said "processing complete" but "unfulfilled."

Picked Chicago Night 2 only, selected all 3 available seating options.
Finally got an email today, the only notification I've recieved at 4/26 at 2:00pm CT
Confirmed Section 117, Row 17 - rear and side view seating.
I don't have a low number but overall just happy to get an allocation in the building without paying scalpers or platinum prices. However, I'm not sure why buying concert tickets feels like planning a mission to mars.
WOOT, I got first and 2nd choice of St. Paul 1 and 2 and seniority seems appropriate.

I know everyone’s really frustrated and you absolutely have that right, but just let it play out for now. I’m sure they’re aware there’s a problem still.
Its looking like I lost my confirmed tickets from yesterday, because after the charges from yesterday, I dont have enough credit in my account for the new charges.
So I guess the refund from yesterday is not instant? I just ran into the same issue as you and made a payment to cover it and emailed ticketstoday. I hope that's enough to get my seat reassignment.
I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love.
This whole process has been a huge middle finger to their fans. Not placing blame on anyone, but they just handed fans that have been in the fan club for 20+ years some of the shittiest seats in the house.

Were you alive in the 90's? Buying tickets then was a s-show. Actually, you just couldnt get them....

That's ridiculous. But was bound to happen with all the double charges.
yes, they should have allowed people to make changes to the CC last night, knowing they were going to double charge people.

Has Pearl Jam ever thought about making the requirements for tickets being a member a year previous to the lottery? That might help keep scalpers at bay and not able to buy a membership a week before the sale.

You know it - TM may play by some of the rules PJ sets, but make no mistake, they are going to get their $$$ in the end.
This is also a great example of technology NOT making something better. There is no reason to do seat assignments this quick for shows that are months away.
Yes there is. There is an on sale date. Transparency
You don’t need to assign the seats right away. The tickets are already blocked off from the sale. PJ literally used to wait until the night of the show to give you tickets. It’s not necessary to do before the on sale.
