Any idea how its related to Toronto?
    No idea
Thinking the concept was inspired by Ripley’s Aquarium which is just up the block…
Sure, I’ll have to remind myself every time I look at it lol
If indeed it has to do with Ripley's Aquarium, this opened in 2013 and has nothing to do with Toronto other than it being a tourist attraction/trap. I like the poster and it looks pretty cool, I did however think that artists do a bit of research on the city before putting something together. Nice poster, not related to Toronto in the slightest way....

Toronto 16 N2--Mark5 Bluejay on a bike. It's a fun print, but Toronto's official bird is the Gray Jay (props to M5 for the tourist tie in mentioning exploring on the print's back)

I'm with you on the posters not needing to be related to the city, but I kinda feel like referencing the city's MLB team is related to the city.
Mark5 did a Cardinal poster for St Louis, so betting the Toronto Blue Jay was also the nod to MLB teams

Already stressing out about getting an MSG poster.
no problem through 10c, plus you dont have to carry it

You DO have to pay $25 more for the exact same poster, however. I use the art tubes you find at Michaels. They telescope for large items and have a good strap to sling over your back. Hardly knew I had the thing on me the whole show in Hamilton. Plus, I paid a buck for it at the thrift shop.

Ooops--I forget about the baseball team! Not a baseball fan in the slightest.

Oh don’t get me wrong - I’m not walking out of MSG with a poster on Sunday. When I get one it’ll either be through (1) an AP drop, (2) a Psst, (3) Lost Dogs or (4) EBay. On Sunday I will be spending time with my family, pregaming/watching football with my friends, and watching a Pearl Jam show instead of spending hours standing on a line. I have a rule against messing with the merch lines at PJ shows (other than festivals).

But the artist drops have gotten obnoxiously difficult in the last four years, and I’m worried that very few if any of these will make it to the 10C drop (no matter what it looks like).

Any word on the size of that poster? For some reason (probably the relative size of the text in the lower left) it strikes me as huge.

I don't pay close attention to the posters anymore, but do all these Mumfords look the same? Feels like the same color scheme and design everytime I see his name.

Yes. I really hesitate to criticize posters here because all the artists are hugely talented.  That being said, this one is a let down because it’s substantially similar to the 2020 poster and just about every other poster he’s done. It’s like Pearl Jam continuing to use the music for even flow but just changed the lyrics.

Similar to the 2020 print, fine. But the landscape layout going to throw off the flow of my PJ wall in my basement. Haha. Will find a spot for it.

No a fan of the MSG print.  Was hoping for something new and different - this print feels tired and familiar.  The 2020 NY canceled prints are much nicer in my opinion.  On a positive note, now I get to watch football in a bar nearby and not feel rushed or weighted down with merchandise.  Can’t wait for tonight!

Damn I was hoping for a good poster. Mumford again?? No thanks to that one

I’m going to hold off judgment until I see this one and the 2020 side by side in person to see if/how they work together. Might be cool, or might just be lazy.

Not excited about the NYC merch. Agree poster looks very similar to the canceled MSG poster. I remember when everyone was losing their collective shit about the Fenway Mumford. Still think that’s one of the better Mumfords but yeah he’s got a theme.

I like my Fenway Mumford but doesn't he have different colors in his photo program?

Meh. TOO relevant to the city.

    (jk, I love Mumford's style)
