I can agree that Austin will be my #1 priority as a traveling fan if it’s a non-ACL show.

Agree. If Gigaton was erased from existence I wouldn't give it a second thought. Fine songs on it, but give me the live shows.
Agreed. Nothing will ever replace those first five albums. Just give me live shows with diverse setlists that exclude you are.
Perhaps I'm in minority, I still enjoy the excitement of new material - new albums and shows heavier on newer songs. If indeed the "Big News" is new album and limited tour, it'll be a shame (imo) if the Gigaton tunes fall off setlists so soon.
No, I'm with you. I loved the three Gigaton songs I heard in St. Louis and want more. I'm bummed I'll never probably get a chance to hear a lot of songs off albums 6-11. I love all their stuff and each show is dynamic but new material makes it a lot more fun. Just my 2 cents.
I really lucked out with Gigaton seeing them at SHN and both Ohana encore shows in 2021. I think they played 6-7 songs each show and I got to hear a lot of my favorites. They didn’t feature it nearly as much on last year’s tour.
I have seen all songs on Gigaton except for Buckle Up and Comes Then Goes. So, that is not bad.
After last year’s tour I’ve now seen everything except comes then goes. I wonder if it’ll ever be played? Maybe at an Ed solo show someday?
Doubt it.
Agreed. I don't think it will ever be played.
Spinning Badmotorfinger atm to celebrate the lawsuit being settled! We are getting new SG music!!!!!!
I would love to see a Soundgarden show with Brandi Carlile.
Yah, that would be pretty fun. I wonder what the odds of it happening are? I think she's got a pretty good career going and plays bigger venues than Soundgarden did in their last stretch of touring. Maybe a one off in Seattle or something?
Could of PJ shows with them opening. Actually that would kill Matt, lol. So that's not happening. Maybe a few headlining shows at the paramount or showbox?

Has a tour ever been announced in the newsletter on the 10th? I cannot recall that happening.
I remember a tour being announced on Sirius PJ Radio - I *think* it was the midwestern 2014 tour, but I could def be wrong on that.
Jan 2020 there was no newsletter on the 10th - it was a "coming soon" message only and then album + tour announcement on the 13th. Perhaps we get similar Monday.
Wasn’t that one the GPS pins for the billboards? Or was that a separate email?
Yes. Looking through old emails now and that's what Jan 2020's partial newsletter contained.
You have old 10C emails from 2020? wow
People actually delete emails? If y'all could see my inbox...lol. it's well into the 6 digit figures 😆 🤣
My Inbox currently has 18 emails in it, and the only reason it's not zero is because I just back after being out of town for a week and am catching up on a lot of things.
Any intel if the routing will be Dallas to Austin, or Austin then Dallas? Weird how in the video everything seems in chronological order of the tour, other than Philly being between the Dallas and Austin clips.

Does anyone know off the top of their head how Texas would work for F2F? Are they exempt from the scalping law like Col and NY? I'm realizing that I might've been spoiled by the ease of F2F in Ontario last year.

Not sure about TX, but Illinois has the same law as NY & Colorado.
