  • I am so unbelievably excited!!!  I love the April fools tease... think its hilarious and so exciting to give us a bit of time to ponder the what/ifs

Just yesterday, i was telling my 10 year old son that i was going to take him to his first show the next time they went out on tour.... and here we are.. hopefully getting an announcement tomorrow.  He has become a huge music fan, listening to my vinyls/tapes in his room and he is pumped to go!  Thank you PJ and 10c!!!!

    Argh! Pet peeve!

The material that records are made out of is vinyl. There are no "vinyls." It'd be akin to referring to CDs as plastics.

Not sure if it has been mentioned but if you go to stubhub and search Pearl Jam it brings you to ACL tickets.
And in other breaking news, @mcgruff10 loathes the fan favorite 'You Are'.
And he’s requesting DOTC as the opener for every show.
Ha ha.  Two of the worst songs ever!!

Maybe. Lots of us were wrong about Gigaton coming out when it did too. I think I made the exact same post October 2019 lol.

Haha, after the long drought post-LB, I think we were all skeptical. The “big things” makes me think there is more than this short September tour.

Agree. I don’t think you can call a handful of US dates “Big things”. Wondering if this will end up like 2013/14. US tour and album in late 2023, then Australia, U.K./Europe and more US shows in 2024….

this is was last summer or 2020 was supposed to look like

    I don't think 2020.

2020 was supposed to have three legs. The first two were known and announced.

The third would have been maybe Philadelphia/NY, definitely Pittsburgh, Cleveland or Columbus, Chicago, north of Chicago.. 2020 in Canada would have been wasted time.

Means absolutely nothing whatsoever (or does it) but I JUST got a Bay Area Fastrak invoice in the mail today from driving through a Toll booth outside Oakland from the last PJ show I went to last May.

almost a whole year later and I finally get billed? On the same day PJ sends out this intriguing email?

    Probably just insignificance though…

Andrew Watt can’t say what he’s working on. It’s mid-December in London, and the record producer behind hits by Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, and Post Malone is feeling a little tongue-tied. It’s not his news to share, you see. But it’s important—“the most excited I’ve ever been about anything,” he says about the mysterious project.
