Anyone having issues with the refund process? I had to put in for refunds for Berlin, Frankfurt & Copenhagen as I'm in Australia and can't make the new dates - no email from Wise even though in my tickets it says refunding? No reply from 10c either? Is this a common issue? TIA
Got the Wise & 10C emails this morning, filled out the form and submitted, received email confirmation shortly after. Hopefully receive the funds back soon!

They were at Ohana last year and were pretty good. They played a cover of a Nirvana song (I think it was Aneurysm). It got the crowd pretty pumped up.
Does anyone have experience about getting from the Tauron arena in Krakow to the city center? I googled connections and it looks like the tram/ underground stops running pretty early and it’s only buses after that. Otherwise it’s a 50 minute walk

Looking for a spare 10c GA ticket for Copenhagen. I'm travelling to Denmark as somebodies ticket buddy and looking for a spare for my son. More than happy to buy or trade for a 10c Berlin ticket which I have spare.

I have one 10C spare ticket for Copenhagen, but I don’t need Berlin.
We took a tram from Tauron Arena to city center last time. Walked northwest from the venue along the big avenue to the nearest intersection. Waited a couple of minutes for the tram. Wasn't even too badly crowded.

However I see that according to timetables the trams might not run that late. Based on my pictures from the show, they ended at around 23:15, and it was about 10-15 minute walk. But maybe they add extra trams for events.
There's another tram stop if you head south from the venue. Last time there was some issue on that line causing trams to not run if I remember correctly.
Gave in a requested a voucher for my Vienna ticket from the venue. Should get 50€ back in the next few weeks and the other 70€ as a voucher which if not used by the end of the year I can claim the money back for. What a disappointing end to the saga. Just can't take my family to Vienna with everything that is going on in the world. Can't even get a direct flight anymore.
A while ago, someone posted a link to a ticket swap website that is popular in Europe. Could someone post it again? I can’t remember the name. Thanks

I now have a spare for both London dates that I need to shift. I bought them directly from AXS in October 2020. Just been messing around with the app but there doesn’t appear to be any kind of re-sale option. I haven’t been keeping up because I never thought I’d be in this position 😕. Can anyone tell me what the deal is please?

Question: I bought a 2-day 10c ticket for London. Does anyone know if I can use the Friday and then transfer the Saturday to someone else?
Officially no because it's a 2-day ticket rather than 2 x 1-day tickets.
But in reality if someone wanted to take the risk on trying to use it on day 2 it would probably work because I don't think ID is required as there is no name on the ticket. So I can't see why someone else couldn't walk in with your ticket. Wouldn't be any different than you using it on day 2.
This is contingent on it being paper tickets and not through an app tho. I'm really not sure what the deal is with it as it has been rescheduled so many times. Originally tickets were going to be posted out so I assume that's still the case.

I have had to download the AXS app on my phone and the tickets will be in the app a few days before the show. I don't think I ever had the option for paper tickets.

I just had a look and yeah youre right it's just via the app! Probably makes selling the ticket for the second day nigh on impossible I'd have thought.

Not necessarily. Some E-tickets can be transferred while others can’t.

Not necessarily. Some E-tickets can be transferred while others can’t.
But if you've bought a weekend ticket i'd be surprised if you could use one day of it and transfer the ticket to someone for the second day. Tho that said, when I looked at the tickets in my app they appear as two separate tickets so it's not beyond the realms of possibility!
Thanks for this. I will be posting a Vienna Golden Circle (non-10c) there in the next few days. If anyone is interested sooner please DM me. FV of course.

do European shows do the same "re releases" that US shows tend to have within a week or 2 of shows?
