    I have the PJ bootleg (2009 with the star) symbol on my back, but I really want to get a PJ inspired half sleeve, but here's the catch- I don't want obvious PJ symbols, I want artwork that is inspired by PJ lyrics or images.
    My main problem is getting the ideas out of my head and onto paper- have trouble drawing a square!!
    Some words, waves, and I don't know what else????
    I need to find some artistic folks to help me out!!!

    I have been wanting to get "I'll ride the wave where it takes me" in Ed's hand writing for a couple of years now but keep chickening out for some odd reason. I attribute my indecisiveness to my strange fear of permanence in anything and everything... I want to either get it as a bracelet around my wrist or on the back of one of my shoulders. Thoughts? Suggestions?

    I'd say it's totally up to you where you get it, as it is your body and it will be there forever. If you're still really undecided maybe your artist can guide you in choosing a spot where visually it will look best.

    But, I can tell you from personal experience I got mine 3 weeks ago on the back of my shoulder and it wasn't too painful. Definitely was expecting it to hurt much, much more than it really did.

    completed and finished. i'm not sure if i ever posted the finished tattoo but i was asked to repost. the top says "I Am Mine" and the guitar notes are the first 2 lines from I Got Shit written out for me by my best friend. And then framed in cherry blossoms.

    Agreed. Hurt a bit, but not too bad. Besindes it only took about 20 minutes. My theory is 20 minutes of pain for a lifetime of awesome. 8-)
