The first one was a show they cancelled in Boulder due to security conflicts. The other one... I was on my way to Iowa and got in a pretty serious car accident.
And I know, right?! No shows since 2006!! They haven't been anywhere near me, and up until this point in my life, job and finances have gotten in the way of much travelling. Needless to say, the KC show is going to be highly exciting. And it'll be my little sister's first PJ show, so that's doubly exciting!
When the stars exploded billions of years ago, they formed everything that is this world. Everything we know is stardust...

Actually, as soon as I figured out what I wanted, it was really easy to commit to it. I'd been contemplating a PJ tattoo for years, I just wanted to think of something original and true to me. Then one night I was thinking about how much their music means to me, and I had the thought, "I practically bleed Pearl Jam." (cheesy, but still true) Then the idea for the tat hit me, and within a few months, it was done.
