  • Yeah. He spins around and around in his chair on stage.  Then he's spotted crawling around on stage with a camera, taking pics/video from the floor.  His solo material is a bit odd as well.  His speaking voice is not similar to his singing voice either.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

From all the spinning, and crawling around on stage, I thought he'd be a bit more eccentric.
    What?
Yeah he’s one of those spinners and crawlers 😒

Has there been any recent discussion about the news that has recently come out about Josh? Personally, I hope PJ boot him out. Sickening behaviour and no excuse. Hope I don’t have to see him on stage with them again.

Probably not the best place to discuss ongoing legal action.
The fact that he didn't get arrested at the scene, especially in America says that he didn't do anything wrong.

    Your post sucked btw.

Isnt it up to the court / justice system to decide?

Probably best if we leave this until the facts have been established and been through the justice process.

It’s unlikely he was under the influence of alcohol or drugs since he would have been arrested right away if that’s the case.  More likely any potential criminal charges are pending a forensic examination of his cell phone to determine if it was being used at the time of the accident and if it contributed to the accident.  It’s also possible that examination is already complete and there was no grounds for any charges.  At that point it would be a civil matter which is basically what the article is reporting.

Exactly, it is all civil. He would have been charged by now if there was sufficient evidence for any criminal charges.

This legal discussion isn't welcome in the forum at this time due to the sensitive nature of the details and it involves people close to the band.  Just saying because another thread got closed already.

Not necessarily. Particularly if there's new political pressure with the video being released

There’s also another older video circulating where he has filmed himself driving whilst being interviewed. It won’t be doing him any favours, his driving is horrendous.
