    i bet a good lawyer can make the case with solid evidence. 

    i believe trump has forfeited his right to live any longer. he has been out of office for nearly 18 months and he just keeps going on and on and on that he did nothing wrong and that it was antifa, and that the election was stolen.. he is propagating insurrection. the death penalty was used to stop that. to end its life cycle. to make sure those treasonous ideas died with the guilty and as a deterrent to supporters of that person.

    Bannon committed wire fraud when he had the false Wall fundraiser.  Money moving over state lines electronically for illegitimate purposes is wire fraud.  You could make an argument that if the people in charge knowingly solicited funds for an illegitimate cause,  they committed wire fraud.

    That fictitious fund could possibly  be wire fraud, the first significant evidence of a crime. As far as trump being advised there was no election fraud, he is entitled to his opinion if his advisers had a different one. But raising money for a fund that doesn’t exist, and some of the money went to his hotel, they might have something there. That smells like a crime.
