  • We were up in Portland to see Goose at the State Theatre last Oct, and absolutely love the city. Was thinking if PJ played there, maybe it would be at the Cross Arena (hockey venue with capacity of about 10k) So, I decided to google it and came up with this. It dashed my hopes :(

A few juicy nuggets from the Greek today. Waiting around has been about as much fun as a hemorrhoid but this is still the only band in the world that makes me feel like a little kid when dates are coming.

I've always wanted to go to Maine.

Phish is playing in Bangor this summer, but it's hard to rationalize traveling that far for one show when they're playing so many 3 night stands.

Just to catch up, he mentioned there being no Texas shows and that the announcement is imminent. Anything else?

I saw Chris Chaney said "more to come" on his gram post so more Earthlings to come I guess at some point.

That’s all I saw. And that “May means may” when someone said they doubt there will be shows in spring only fall.

Not 100% sure. One of the many PJ groups I’m in.  I think it might have been on someone’s post in the Pearl Jam 2022 Tour page.

Seems like the date order has changed again on TM. Here is what I see (the rest of the dates are after the Euro dates)

    Ohhh.....nice!!!
  • Since covid protocols in Ontario changed as of yesterday, I'm curious if the Canadian dates will actually happen in May or if they will be pushed back to the fall. We have 10c tix for Toronto.

And - in Ontario - it was announced long ago that as of March 1st - full capacity and no proof of vax needed.... Same with Quebec - they are at full capacity as well and it has been known for a while now.  Lets all cross our fingers and toes!  I can not wait for these shows.... tough 2 years... and nothing will be better than to feel the PJ energy once again.

Getting as many shows made up in May as possible is the right move here.

Agreed, or worst case, give full disclosure of all dates whenever the May dates are announced.

you cant make everyone happy, i get it. but the fact we have been waiting years for this news and they say your show is in in 2 months, kind of rubs me the wrong way. id like a little more heads up. if the rumor nashville may 15 date comes true, im not going to be able to use my tickets cause i already have stuff planned for then. first world problems, but...

I agree brewdog. I have Nashville tickets as well. May 15 would suck. I have tickets for The Who's return to Cincinnati that night. I have held off buying tickets for any other concerts for fear of a similar conflict.

Same boat on the Who show. Had The Who tix for original canceled 2020 show. Would ultimately choose PJ over The Who, but principles of the matter...

You are 100% correct. My thinking on May being better is because we seem to be in a COVID window right now, and by the Fall who knows where we'll be. But the limited notice for people who have held these tickets for more than two years is wildly unacceptable.
