Yes but not nice enough for this band to tour the state!
Huh? They played Jacksonville, Tampa, Miami and Ft Lauderdale their last US tour.
All great shows too.  Miami 2016 was one of the best of the decade.

Agree. Think they played more cities in Florida than any other state that tour. Jax is underrated.

  • The Miami show was a classic.

I think the person who made the comment about not touring FLA probably meant in Covid times with all the politics and controversy etc.

Wow, that is a helluva road trip.  Longest I drove was 30 hours coming back from the Edmonton 2011 show.
  • Maybe they wait to make an announcement until the 2 year anniversary of the cancellation.  Symmetry, drama, catharsis.
I've seen quite a few Pearl Jam shows.

That makes sense if your going to announce their plans for the fall as well.   Especially if they are playing any festivals

Just my opinion, but I’m guessing the announcement date is determined 100% by TicketMaster and there is only one factor…$$$.

My guess…with some info finally starting to leak, it will be this week unless the remaining EV shows are a factor, then next week. Don’t see how they can wait longer if new shows are being added/need to be sold in addition to the refunded tickets for rescheduled shows.

Yup, fire season is all year 'round now in California.
Yes. So when the wind blows in, to cool Cali down, Oh No!...alot of red alerts for fire.

Is March even considered "early 2022?"  March feels like it would be "early-mid" or some other category.  Brilliant choice of words in the announcement though.  Leave it as ambiguous as possible so no one can claim they didn't deliver.  Sheesh.

The early 2022 language exists only because Ed's tour was slotted in before anymore Pearl Jam shows and 10c needed to make some acknowledgement of the tour before selling other tickets. What, if any, communication plan they had at that time is a mystery.
