    My 2 copies finally are moving. According to the tracking, one is coming Monday, and the other on Tuesday.

    Problem is they need to order from pressing plant at least 6 months in advance. Really unusual there is no replacements. We all know if they over ordered they could easily sell the extras. Order extras, see that all customers are good and be transparent what they are when selling the extras in a couple of months. X left over from the pressing, no replacements for these leftovers etc. 

    Will there be a few that get auctioned for Vitalogy foundation, 10c competition etc. Should hope not.

    Factoring in a 10% safety net to any order is best practice and ensures quality customer service.

    Yep, got my official “No replacements available” today. Incredible that 10C didn’t order enough to cover defects and damaged, it’s actually mind boggling, since this was a pre-order. You know exactly how many to order, just add to that.. lol.

    Like when my purple TEN arrived damaged, and I could just go to Target for a replacement. I'm not asking for anything outrageous like that.
    Just make more. Doesn't give me hope for the stuff coming later like the clear NO CODE and POP! ROCKS.

    Bogus. It really is unbelievable. I know everyone has bigger fish to fry, ESPECIALLY in these times which we live, but I also know I can be pissed about multiple different things at varying levels of pissiness, and this is some bullshit right here. Like I said, they don't need to make more for me, mine could still show up (fingers crossed) with 4 razor sharp corners, no splits, creases, pushes or tears (aint gonna happen) and I'd still be pissed for y'all. This wouldn't be the first time I've had love/hate for this operation, but it might be the last. I stopped pretending anyone in house gave a shit for anything other than my dollar a long time ago. Sure, the band delivers in studio and on stage, but the rest of it is starting to become some seriously superfluous bullshit.
